Thanks from a year later! I planned to pop off the face plate to quickly clear out the hair clogging it, but didn't really know how it worked, so I was caught by surprise when the thing flung off as soon as I unscrewed the second screw. This helped me put it back together

Thank you thank you thank you. Totally different make and model, taken apart as not working (was clogged). Couldn't reassemble, found this, identified the need for springs to fit in white mount and it fixed it immediately. Its 11 at night and I'm with customers first thing so fix or go scruffy. Thanks to you its the former. Appreciate you taking time to put this up and help others. Top man!

I have a Wahl colour coded machine and it has the same components as yours, with the exception of that black lever. Thanks to you, I was able to reassemble my Wahl. However, it wasn't cutting as smoothly as it initially did, so I've dismantled it and I'm reattempting to reassemble it. It doesn't cut my hair (only pulls) and the engine has a weaker sound

Hey kit you really saved my life brother, I have a question. Once I put my clippers back together the lever is acting weird. When going from open to close it kind of gets stuck and moves all the way to closed. Is there something I’m doing wrong or have you encountered this problem before? Thanks a bunch mate

I was with you until the 2:10 mark . Put the spring in the 2 grooves . Now you couldn't have been vague about which grooves the spring fits . The top groves or the bottom grooves , or could it be the 2 holes or the many slotted areas . None of which seem to grasp into the tiny bent ends of the spring . The one damn thing I needed to actually see is hidden in your video . I've spent enough on this and I'll feel good about it soon as this hits the trash. Thx .
