Wow That looks like a professional piece of equipment! Good luck with it. I own an inexpensive ball winder and so revert to hand-balling my yarn most of the time. sigh! Thank you for sharing your swing time with y our daughter. -- It lulled me into memories of a long time ago!

Thanks Adele 😊 I have found if you have just a tiny bit of tension it winds more even and smooth. My daughters love to help so my cakes end up quite funky looking lol!
Hi I got this exact one one amazon. I’m having issues with it winding the yarn. It’s making it into a huge mess and the yarn then falls completely apart when removing it. And tangled up. Not sure if I’m doing any thing wrong or what. I know how to wind a ball of yarn. I had the plastic knit pick one and no issues there. Are u having issues too. If not can u make a vid and show how ur doing it with this one or if some tricks u discovered? So frustrated! Spent $50 on it! 😩
I'm so sorry you are having trouble! Yes I sure can make a video of me using it! I think it depends on which side you thread the yarn through the arm and also the tension of the yarn as you wind. I will go over both for you in the video. Thanks for your comment! I'm happy to help 😊
