This is a really well produced and simply scripted how-to-get-started video. It was so easy to follow. It also helps that this Waydoo is so well designed and easy to assemble.
I have the longer mast. It comes with a plastic extension box that sits above the case and has a velcro strap to stay in position. It is about 4"x 6"x 8".
