Hello Sir, try to regulate your Seiko watch. Even after regulating, if your watch is gaining time. Then you have to service your watch.

@@watchwizard thanks for info, what would cause the sk007 to gain time ? What would a service do ? Lube the bearings to make watch run Faster ????
