As the Seattle Seahawks gear up for the final phase of their offseason program with OTAs kicking off at the VMAC later this week, the starting job at right guard should be up for grabs with as many as two competitors vying to win the role. Crazy how we almost solved our oline problem in one draft. The quad of guys who can play guard in Tomlinson, lameau, Bradford, and Haynes. Along with the two tackles along with fant being the swing. I see a lot of versatility with a lot of our guys so God forbid injuries happen we shouldn’t be in massive holes like we’ve been in the past.

What about bradford at LG? he did start several games at LT for LSU, so he has experience playing on the left side. Bradford seems to have more upside than Tomlinson and is far younger. A line of cross, bradford, oluwatimi, haynes and lucas seems to have the most long term potential to grow together

I believe Mr. Haynes is able to play multiple positions. Even having two or more guards has worth. Either for injury insurance, or switching to keep the offensive line fresh, or he challenges multiple line spots, or he wins outright. The trouble is?

Imagine that our team indeed focuses on both sides on the ball; playing with focus on personal development, ability to adjust on the run, and intensity in all aspects of every play. From before the play starts until the whistle blows! We gotta get Seahawk's nasty and fear!

Good evening gentlemen. Just off the top of your heads mixed with a pinch of heart, would anyone predict a minimum 10+ win 2024-25 season. If the new coaches can properly ignite the fuse we could have some exciting Seahawk history logged, if not it won’t be due to lack of effort if I estimate coach McDonald correctly!

Yeah , I'll go there. 10 wins at least. Seattle won 9 games last season and look to have improved where they needed to.

If we stay healthy I can see 12. People forget how beat up we were last year in the trenches. It seems like Schneider has been on a real mission to fix this.

Spot on regarding injuries a very real issue. The beauty in my opinion appears to be the depth that has been assembled by John S. I’m not sure how many O linemen we carried last year but it would not surprise me if carry a couple more this year. Go Hawks

I say let the young dudes start with cross n let them develop into a solid unit the vets are great as backups the biggest problem has always been continuity and just weak points on our oline

If your going to keep Haynes at right guard they should move Bradford to left guard. I think the guard from Utah had a chance to start at left guard.

Boise State! Corbin, since you are talking about our BSU running backs, could you tell these good people about the beast who is Ashton Jeanty? I'm sure he leaves for the NFL after this year but also probably goes higher in the draft. Even though we probably won't draft him I sure would love to do so.

It's a shame that Rashaad Penny signed with the Panthers. I think MacItosh will play well, he sure looked tough playing for the Georgia Bulldogs. Kenny played on two national championship teams starting in his final and junior season . He has done well under the bright lights

If Geno plays well Seattle can't afford him. His cap could be over 50 million with the way his contract is written. With the horrible looking cap next year Seattle can't afford a 50 hit for a QB. The year after Seattle cap looks good at 100 in cap space. Next year is just 16.
