It's one of the most track dependent cars I've driven in ACC. Will hate it at one track, but then I broke my all time lap record at Silverstone in it lol
Like alot about it as i had it on PC for a while....but it seems slow(er) when it comes to some of the rival cars. Definitely fun....but i like messing with the GT4 Camaro more and wrestling it around tracks
It has some of the best brakes out of any other gt3 car. Its super over steery with the right set up and tc off. I spin out more in it than any other car coming out of a corner. The sound design is awful and i haven't been able to get it higher than like 270kph on any straight which is bizarre because of seen other people get it close to 300kph. If the sound was better I might use it but nothing stands out to me besides the brakes. Im also on pc so idk if that effects anything
I just tried the aggressive setups for this car (I can't find any free setups online). It feels like I expected, super heavy and great on curbs. The sound alone sells it to me. It will be great for single-player races. I wouldn't use it online though, I'll stick with the Ferrari 296 or the Porsche 911 (992).
I don’t know man. Every racing game I’ve ever played the Mustang always felt like that. When carving up the competition other cars felt like knives and scalpels, Porsche like a rope dart and the Mustang was a meat cleaver.
In the game Assetto Corsa Competizione, I’m grappling with a significant issue that isn’t tied to the teams or tracks, but rather to the cars themselves. The 2024 Ford Mustang GT3 has been a particular challenge for me. In contrast to the Porsche 911 (992) GT3 and Ferrari 296/488 GT3, which I’ve been able to manage quite comfortably, the Ford Mustang GT3 has emerged as a formidable adversary. The Audi, Lamborghini, and Bentley have all performed well in the game, but my current concern is the difficulties I’ve faced with the Ford Mustang GT3. Just today, I experienced the challenge of transitioning from the Porsche to the Ford in an instant. This became apparent when I ended up in P2. This decision has left me with a lingering sense of apprehension, as I foresee the hurdles that await me with this car. I can’t shake off the feeling that this might be a choice I’ll eventually regret. Intriguingly, the current situation is reminiscent of the challenges faced by Stewart Haas Racing in 2024, an experience I personally encountered while engaging in the game. For those who may not be aware, Stewart Haas Racing grappled with difficulties for three consecutive seasons, and this season appears to be the decisive turning point. This situation has sparked concerns about my performance in the game this year. Questions such as ‘What if my struggles persist?’, ‘What if I don’t secure more victories?’, and ‘Could this signify the end of my journey with the game?’ are looming in my mind.
