If they want to be succesfull they should allow dedicated servers so later on game dont dies, modding support, and nothing of post pucharse costs, i dont care if the game is $80 dollars, but i want to buy something like a toy, i want to own it, full experience, you just have to copy things that made assetto great, and that is content manager, the reason assetto corsa survived is because of content manager, modding would be so much hard without it, not having to config things in game there is great, server browsing, and mod installation is what keeps ac alive, content manager and ac are one of the best experiences online right now, there is always people playing, easy to find servers, on 1200 hrs on ac i dont know if i ever saw a cheater, people managed and modded sv make it great convoy sv are great
1:31 you mean I think. I was thinking the same, at least it shows that there will be some form of open circuits. Will be such a missed opportunity if they dont support traffic out of the box.
My pc is from 2014. Never felt the need to upgrade it as I have very little interest in modern games. Maybe, maybe this is the game that it's worth the upgrade for.
Yes that close to the nordschleife. Now thats gonna be amazing. Freeroam. Thats the kind of racing game i wanted as a kid. Great car Physics and just driving around on real roads. Maybe they even laserscanned actual roads.
plz add a buncha old japanese buckets. We want our old slow japanese cars like s-chassis, wrxs, skylines, celicas, rx7s, civics evos and 86s!!! And dont make them dlcs just add them to the base game, im begging Edit: itd also be cool to see some lesser known cars like the FTO, cefiro, older s chassis like the s12, chaser, 3000gt, cresta, mazda 626/323 turbo, prelude, starion, old Z cars and more
Looking for a reason to uninstall Assetto Corsa and all the horrible mods I have. Hopefully this will be the reason so that I can get my 1TB of hard drive space back. 😅
Some interestinng features there: - Head tracking (suggesting VR) - Dynamic Weather, water on track forming - Dynamic daytime - Suspension at work - Freeroam-like with traffic - Nurburgring at night with rain - Porsche Cup
@@MrKingNica Uhh Beam absolutely destroys everything when it comes to actually simulating every single component of a car. It's well beyond this level of detail... Nice try, get over it. Beam is & always will be the king of vehicle simulation. Assetto fanboys just can't accept that. Assetto really isn't that amazing.
@@MeadeJ67 simulating more doesn't always equate to a better experience. Beamng has been simulating more things than any other sim since years by now. It wasn't even driveable until a few months ago It makes it have the potential to be the greatest sim possible, but don't mistake potential for reality
AC1 is still my favorite sim in terms of driving feel and mod-ability. Can only hope EVO is a step further in that direction, with so many other sim games going backwards in successive releases. Take your time, don't rush the release, get it right.
You mean the Thumb on top of the screen? thats the Design of the Steering wheel, go to your local Benz Dealer and sit in any car youll see it has the same grip points as shown in the trailer
PLEASE PLEASE make a proper VR implementation. VR is a gamechanger for racing games, and that's coming from someone who used big triple screens for past 3 years..
@@Dan-Mezza Suzuka seems to be comfired too since in the website there's a screenshot of the Lotus Emira with a Ferris Wheel on the Night. The Suzuka Wheel?
Install AC, Download mods. Sell it as AC Evo🤣 Jokes aside, glad to see major mod features from AC implemented into Evo. Hope to see a stream lined process for moding and community content with good parity with AC! :D
The difference between them is that the AC Evo is the stock one... no mods... that means that the mods made by the community will be even better than never🎉🎉
For those wondering about VR and Triple screens. This is directly from the steam page. "With the launch of a new KUNOS Simulazioni proprietary, high-performance photorealistic engine, VR and triple screen support have become first-class features and the new mathematical model meticulously simulates asphalt performance in different dynamic weather conditions that guarantees an authentic and realistic experience which will redefine the standards that have made Assetto Corsa globally renowned."
I really really hope that's true. And that it actually runs well. I'll believe it when I see it. But this game has the potential to be "The" sim racing game.
I know the initial release of EVO is going to be rough because we won't have all of our mods, and there will be just less content overall from Assetto Corsa, but the potential and future possibilities for EVO will be worth it.
Just be mod friendly... And we are set for life!!!!... or at least until the next (If mod friendly)... Otherwise I and the majority will obviously stick with AC + SOL + Content manager
@@MarcoZ093 GTA 6 is not delayed for now and it was just recently confirmed coming fall 2025 on consoles. I highly doubt R* will delay that game, they had lots of time to master it. I don't think they can afford to let the fans down again by delaying it.
@@felsrage What are you smoking my guy? ACC was pretty bad at the beginning but they have saved the game with the updates and is considered on of the best simulators to day.
@@blocksfiles1006 it was terrible at the beginning, it got better with time, but he is right, the latest updates made it worse. The last tire modell they updated isnt as realistic as the one before and acc still suffers from "crazy-setup-values" syndrome (cough camber cough)....in my eyes acc is pretty flawed and i dont like it at all...

@@SurfsideStraganov are you dumb? thats how it goes, he does it for a long time now so its many inactive accounts/people, hes very known in the german scene and did NOT buy subs 💀
I'm glad to see a proper weather/rain system, that was one of the main things that was annoying about AC. One step closer to have proper F1 race weekend simulations in Asseto Corsa
Oh my god beautiful video dream driver! Plz make good controller like GT7 ( ACC was not good controller this sad ) I hope plz good Controller like GT7 and poeple happy more buy game!
This should be the gold standard for announcement trailers. Gameplay check, showcases things community cares about like physics weather, maps, traffic ect, showcases graphics, and some cars from different eras.
I just want to say to the creators of Assetto Corsa, thank you very much for creating your game, 5 years ago I went to work for a company just to be able to buy a steering wheel and be able to play AC, the truth is that once I could afford it and I I bought it, I had a great time for months and I even made my father try it and he liked it too, I never sold the wheel and to this day I still have it collecting dust because since they announced that AC EVO would be coming out, I said I should play again! ! Looking forward to seeing it, and I hope the clutch system is more realistic and the cars can stall like in real life, I know that happens in competition but it still needs to be perfected. I send you greetings from Spain!!
nothing new that i see. Kinda seems like pure and csp with a license attatched to it... I was also looking for more details on the games "New" engine and how the physics are implemented.
All you have to do is take the current AC with mods and give us a better Multiplayer system, better AI opponents, rolling starts, and some other QOL updates, and you'll have a winner.
safety cars, better damage models, better fucking menus and an integration with mods maybe? just pay ilja and peter boese and fucking let those people help the devs. content manager is STILL BY FAR BAR NONE the single best game launcher ive ever used just hire the people that already do crazy good work
It doesn't look much different from modded assetto corsa but looks surely a great base for the next best sim driving game. Apart from graphics let's hope they made accurate gameplay mechanics like red flags, black flags, yellow flags with proper safety car and the opportunity to space out even in the rally field. Also better pit stops and most importantly tuning. A simulator fully oriented to realism but also giving the opportunity to had fun and learn. Having detailed damage mechnanics, also random damage probability like mechanical damage or punctured tires (of course also for AI). Also probability for AI to make mistakes and not be invincible like they are in normal assetto corsa. Something similar to Project Cars 2 would be enough but if done even better would be nice. Full customization and mod support, also a Project Cars 2 level of damage model would be enough. Freeroam isn't exactly what this game needs but few maps to try vehicles won't be bad.
If assetto corsa evo comes with a traffic server made by the game, it’s about to be the best driving game (Holy did I just guess it? Also stop arguing in the replies)
@@DylanReid-vw2qvcan you confirm that it wont? Look at the trailer again, there is a shot with a car on the other lane going in the opposite direction. So unless you know what you are talking about and can confirm it with a source, please, zip it.
@@Lucek_RS as far as pC2 is "arcadish" bugfest game it does some things better than vanilla AC... 1. suspension does it's thing properly 2. cars doesn't fly like planes on Quiddelbacher Höhe or any other jump 3. weather is quite advance 4. gravel, snow, ice bla bla bla + various tyres 5. vanilla content 6. cocpit animations 7. graphics
I have my doubts... look at the fingers, how they are grabbing the wheel and the little moves when it's turning. Then, they show us a real render immediately where hands are much more fake. It's not a render for me.
@@x3mbr I agree, but later in development. Netcode and perfomance are my main point. So people stay during Early Access. You need a shitton of data to make a great racing game as AC & ACC.
Beta Tester here: 0:57 walkie talkie man without moving his lips 0:47 and 0:51 No smoke or tyres marks on the road when cars are "drifting" No smoke from exhaust pipes at all
1:31 THERE'S A CAR GOING THE OPPOSITE WAY, DRIIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. FREE ROAM WITH TRAFFIC CONFIRMED?! OH MY GOD. AND FINALLY HAND MODELS WITHOUT GLOVES. AND HOLY CRAP DID YOU GUYS ACTUALLY HIRE PETER BOESE? THOSE WEATHER FX DO BE LOOKING GOOD! AND HOLY MOLY THEY CONFIRMED EVEN A MK1 GOLF???? I'm sorry, I might be a little too excited, lemme turn off caps, but WOW! trees are looking great! and track staff walking around a doing things... imertion is going to be amazing! can't wait to go back to replays to take screenshots like a madman! JUST TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY, KUNOS!!!
Recap in my opinion: - EVO = like AC + career mode. - Carsw Garage = like in Gran Turismo serie with hundreds of cars to achieve. - Photo Mode = like in Gran Turismo where we could shot a picture at cars in various locations in the world. EXPECTATIONs: - VR on PlayStation VR2 as soon as possible. - Multiplayer like in iRacing with EASY ranked championship. - Cross Play with PC an Consoles (new proprietary engine could achieve that from scratch...) - MODs like in AC.
