hi I run into a problem, the suspension arms turn with the wheel, how can get it to work properly is't from suspension.ini values or with the dummy and the spring is not in right place inside the game idk why can you help me please

hi, you need to move suspension arms outside of SUSP_ node, that’s the main trick. instead, move DIR_ node to SUSP_.

Big fan of your work here Ilja, is there a chance you could help? the spring pivot was set to 0,0,0 but in KS appears out of place, any suggestions please?

To me it gives me failure,I can not do it.I think script or some step,but there is no way to do it,I would like to see a video to do it in a car,from the beginning

Thks and now to export the animation to assetto corsa, i chosse the dummies that the ather animation that support AC. to export or how i can export it, ? The video is exelent!!!

Thanks! The main advantage of this whole DIR_ solution is that you don't need to export anything, just make sure all dummies, names and pivots are the same. AC will solve DIRs dynamically, and you'll get fully dynamic suspension (so, for example, toe and camber will be visible) - while using ksanims and keyframes, you won't see camber. The only problem is, as far as I understand, that DIR_-based suspension might be more CPU-heavy than keyframes one. And maybe that's why Kunos still use ksanims. But I don't know much about this, maybe I'm wrong. Oh, and by the way, you can generate a bunch of keyframes from DIR_ even in 3ds Max! But don't forget to rename DIR_ to something else afterwards, so AC won't re-animate everything.
