So, I couldn't find any official wheel/tire specs for the Tomahawk (since it's not a real car, I guess?), but I did for the Devel 16. All four corners would be shod in 335/25/ZR22s. This gives us an overall circumference of 2194.4mm, assuming a perfectly rigid tire, or 2.1944 x 10^-3 km. At the top speed indicated by the gauge (5,220 km/h; dunno why the speed is labelled wrong at the top), that means the wheels are spinning at 39,646.37 rpm. The current unofficial fastest production car is the Koenigsegg Agera RS at 447 km/h, which equates to a wheel speed of 3,640 rpm on the smallest (front) wheels/tires. According to Bugatti, the tires they had specially made for the Veyron would only hold together for about five minutes at it's top speed (which is only about 50 km/h less that the Agera). A similar assumption on how long the tires would last for the Agera is safe to make here. At the Devel 16's in game top speed, the tire would need to be able to withstand a relative centrifugal force (G-force) 125.82 times stronger than that of the Agera's tires (~ 4,888 G at the calculated 3,640 rpm) in order to not destroy themselves in a similar time frame. That means the Devel 16 tire's outer layers would be subjected to ~ 615,000 Gs!
