Well done Ngozi, for those saying the oil is much, that is because you don’t know that without the oil the tomatoes will not fry very well. And it will also cause to burn if there no enough oil. Joy that made the stew knows the quantity of oil to use. Did you not wonder where the amount oil went when it was cooking. The oil came up when it started frying. That is our ownn naija method of making stew. How would the stew taste without frying well. The pot of stew was a large one. Thank you so much Ngozi . It is always a delight to watch your channel. You are blessed 🙏🙏🙏🙏👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰🥰
I tried this method today and it’s one of the best I have ever made… all thanks to you. Meanwhile, portion control was thrown into the mud today all because of this stew
I will definitely try the boiling method, I tried the grilling method 2 week ago and that came out delicious. I am going to try your method today, thanks for sharing ❤
I'm subscribing cuz she said "not dry kakaraka o" very precise warning 😂😂😂... I just love how you explained the recipe I'm preparing this for my guys tonight 😂... #Guyscookgoodtoo
This stew taste heavenly 😋 this method of boiling the tomatoes first before blending is super perfect. I made this stew during the weekend and my husband loves it like kilode😁 bye bye to fear of having sour taste in my stew🤪 but I observed that this method consumes lots of groundnut oil cause of smooth paste. But it's fine....cause I really enjoyed my stew. Thanks to you ma, you just gat a new subscriber
I know am late but as a Jamaican I do love cooking Nigerian fried rice ,jollof rice 3 time a month each and egusi soup once a week and chicken stew once a week,am yet to cook ogbono soup and peppersoup the ingredients online are too expensive and small in size
I was supposed to make goat stew today. Market had none so I decided to mix pork chicken and beef together for a red stew. Followed your recipe and it's good. Wife doesn't like red stews cuz it reminds her of her periods. Well too bad. More for me and my dogs
