The hololive only fans are insane when the subject is mixing men and women idols, to the point of being pathethic. So if anyone is waitting for Astel try to riz the girls from hololive...that wont happen. Matsuri is God, so she's not bound to any rules.

The thing is would his collab partner be okay with it. Despite all the stuff Astel has been doing on stream, all of it have other's consent. He wouldn't just flirt out of nowhere toward his collab partner not knowing they would be okay with it or not.
