Definitely some FR issues on switch.. overpriced game.. when battles have lots of enemies there can be issues.. Camera has not been improved at all either.. for $10 i would have been happy.. Not for what I paid. Never again will i buy such an expensive digital game.. Same mistake I made with starlink and now physical is half the cost of what I paid. That said, Asterix Switch is a fun game, even with the weird non responsive camera. The beat em up action feels solid.

to be fair if u see the original it's been overhauled visually quite a bit and with gameplay tweaks etc.. But yeah the switch should still be able to run this at 60fps no problem. Lazy switch port. Shame

The engine is entirely new. The game is built from ground up and have nothing to do with PS2.

@Truth im probably older than you mate. Im in this business and ive already reseached the game code and file structure. Its completely different.

I actually got used to it after a time, but I prefered the original one too.

@@Failentin It makes me affraid of screen burn-in. The ui NEVER GOES OF THE SCREEN. It's even there on the pause screen! The hearts combined with the shields was an extremely stupid idea too. It makes the game waaaaaay too easy. The original was already too easy!
