Hi doc hope your in good now ...I want to ask if its true that there is now a surgical treatment for asthma??i recently watch one of the doctors blog about it and they said that there is now synthetic tube to replace the damage airways or tube that cause asthma etc..etc ..I'm very interested to this one ..btw I have a severe asthma since i was kid ..when I turned 30plus I feel to myself that it's getting worst ..it attack almost everyday 🥲🥲not same before that 2 to 3 days before ..sometimes a week ..its so depressing ..tia
"Drop in systolic blood pressure during inspiration" - I'm confused about this part... Unless you have an art line, obtaining one's blood pressure reading takes at least several second, usually more. For sure there would be a few respirations while you are doing this and you can't really know if there was a drop during inspiration. How do we check for pulsus paradoxus, then?
Does any one know of any series of videos that has more of the practicumg, hands on, and actual surgical content? Someone I know passed the NCLEX but kinda flubbed out once in the hospital setting and had to DO what was learned. He doesn’t need a lecturer. He needs the surgery nurse practicing so to speak. Can you help?
