Nah,Onana wasn't excellent in that game despite scoring and winning many tackle,he is still adapting. His movement is still confused during build up,he and Tielemans despite playing together for Belgium but Onana was sticking too close to tieleman ,need to spread out more. He will be a better player for sure.
I'm villa and Everton are a top club. The are just going through a phase but in the new ground expect them to come back. Onana is a good player but as they say maybe doing too much at Everton and not concentrating on what his A game is.

It's not surprising. It's not lazy journalism. Sherwood's a footballer, that's it and no disrespect meant. A journalist goes to college for four years, hones their craft over many years while Tim was playing a game for a living. Tim wouldn't have the skills or savvyness for an interview.

If Villa hadn´t lost Luiz and Diaby, with the new additions - especially the excellent Onana - I would have fancied them to improve on last year. But with those two quality players leaving, and the extra games in the CL, I think they will do well to stay in the top four. Top six for sure.
Well that game certainly looks like he is, poor first half / second half better but way too little action in the subs. Exactly the same tactics as Moyes
