I had my first successful astral projection today with this track after attempting for months now. It was the most amazing experience ever my mind was awake but my body was asleep which was exactly what I wanted. I still haven’t conquered a lucid dream state yet though, for some reason I am unable to make myself realize I am dreaming or if I do realize I’m dreaming My mind will wake up regardless and I’ll try to stay laying in bed and focus on going back into the dream but just haven’t managed that yet. Any thoughts or ideas to help with this problem reality checks before bed don’t seem to help me all that much Because I can’t get my brain to do the reality check once I’m in a dream. Regardless I’m really excited that I was able to astral travel and project which is much different than a lucid dream because my mind was fully awake and My body was asleep in my bed and I was fully aware of that. I think that’s even more exciting than a lucid dream but I don’t know yet maybe once I can conquer a lucid dream I can compare the two experiences. It was the most comforting exciting peaceful experience I’ve ever had that was desperately needed as my stress levels are so high right now I’m in my second trimester of pregnancy and was just released from the hospital as I got a very server case of covid and influenza at the same time. It was so server that me and baby almost lost the fight for our lives. I’m so happy and so grateful too all of my spirt family’s and guides out there and especially to my most important guide of all Jesus Christ for helping to save mine and my baby’s life. So this astral projection release couldn’t have come at a better time It was peaceful so safe so comforting nothing on my mind other than where my projection took me and that was my childhood home where I grew up out in a very beautiful country area that has its own beautiful oasis of ponds and streams even as a kid I always imagined what Eden would look and feel like and I imagined it to be something close to that but probably even better than that! my childhood home was my own beautiful oasis was my safe place so it’s no wonder I was taken to the place where I have felt the most safe and comforted in my life. My subconscious and all my guides took me exactly where I needed to be. I’ve never felt so free in my life not a single thought or worry on my mind just a beautiful starry night and I literally experienced myself flying the entire way there as if I was completely weightless it was interesting because I did not feel that my body was with me It was as if it was just my spirt but I still had full control over every thought and thing I did. For instance since my journey was spent most of the time flying in the air I could look down and see the trees and houses as I flew by them from above if I wanted a closer look I could fly down towards them and navigate between the trees if I needed to ( I still apparently didn’t want to run into solid objects even though I really didn’t have my physical body lol I thought that was kind of curious because I was aware my body was still laying in my bed ) I could land wherever and whenever I decide. It was easy to start flying again whenever what had gotten my attention no longer interested me. I managed to stay in this state for what felt like hours but was really about 40 or so minutes. This was amazing I feel renewed and hopeful that I can continue to train my brain even more so I can do this as often as I want. This was better than any kind of therapy or medications you could ever take here in the waking world to help with depression and anxiety. Happy travels guys anyone who has any useful tips for Astral Projection or Lucid dreaming I would love some new ideas or techniques that may help because lord knows just how much this could help me during the remainder of my pregnancy by keeping my stress and anxiety levels down. I can only imagine how good this must be for our babies in the womb to because at no time did I forget I was pregnant I was always aware so it’s the weirdest thing it’s like I took my babies soul on my journey with me. I can’t even begin to imagine how wonderful that felt for my baby. As soon as my child is old enough I will start them early on learning to astral travel and lucid dream because I bet it does wonderful things for children. The research I’ve done shows if you start them early They will have a stronger imagination and know how to use it better than other children. Less behavioral issues because astral travel and lucid dreaming and meditation are a great coping skill to get them to relax and a lot of these children will have higher IQ levels because they have worked the muscles of there imagination and pineal gland because all children are born with the third eye pineal gland open which is why they can perceive the spiritual realm so much easier than adults their pineal gland hasn’t been deactivated by the rest of the world yet and told there is no such thing as spirts. I can’t wait to give my baby this gift of never having to try and activate their third eye like the rest of us have because I won’t allow for it to be closed. I honestly believe that’s one of the most beautiful and important things you can give to your child. It will give them such sense of love comfort and confidence in themselves and they will be less fearful of the world for they will know for a fact that we never truly die and they can do and be whatever they want in this life. They can mold their clay however they choose and if ever they are afraid they know answers are just on the other side and they will know just how to get their on their own without the help from anyone else and it’s something that can never be taken away from them. They can master their spiritual gifts early, since we are all born with our own gifts it’s just so sad that so many adults have never been able to figure that out on their own. It’s really a beautiful thought sorry for the rant I do really hope someone reads this and maybe it sparks an idea in their mind to start with their children. What an amazing gift I was given today. This gives me the strength I needed to keep trying because like I said I’ve been unsuccessful for months but hopefully I can win the lottery and do it again tonight with this track. To the owners of this page thank you from the bottom of my heart this one successful astral projection has done more for me in one day than therapy has done for me in in years! I remember reaching my arm through the ceiling and looking at myself and then I got scared and pulled back into myself and woke myself up… it’s something to work on because it’s pretty scary unless you are completely ready…
Same here! I've gotten so close so many times. Susannah and other AP RU-vidrs even tell you what to expect (vibrations and other strange bodily sensations), but I always get scared and force myself to wake up as soon as they start.

This sounds good but I couldn't get into it tonight, my mind wasn't in sync with the recording. I couldn't stay focused on the audio of her voice. I kept thinking about things that make me angry. Maybe another night I can shoot for the stars and land on the moon.
Why can't I stay gone longer than 30 to 45 mins? One a good day an hour tops. I can feel when i start my travel because all pain and discomfort goes away, once it returns i know I'm back.
it doesn't trigger me it's irritating ( not emotionally, it literally feels like something is prodding it repeatedly with like strong waves of magnetic impulses every so often ) and during my year and a half of payback for my carelessness and stupidity I could not sleep past 5 minutes of I gotta have SOME sleep with evil clowns, Demons with"shining" ? black eyes extending to infinity, demons, disquieting absolute. not trigger ugh 😒 impossible to have a non 3i version huh ? oh well.....

Please don't be hard on yrself tho, you didn't do anything wrong at all - opening your 3i should be an exciting and pleasurable experience. I'm not sure what is happening but please don't feel alone. You may wish to reach out to an experienced energy healer if it's something you would like to work through. Been visiting The Crystal Lake for at least 7 years... maybe longer. It's given me OBE's than any video I've ever used. Thank you..... I wish I had just the trigger hypnosis so I could understand why it works so well for me.
