I've been in a phase recently where I grew really frustrated with my progress, since I've been interested in this topic for over a year. But I think this video and your advice of learning to love the process has finally clicked for me. I got up this morning, got some breakfast and then went back to bed to try a meditation. And instead of half-heartedly obsessing over my goal (with lingering doubt of success) I started to love and appreciate the feeling of my body falling asleep and get into this deeply relaxed state. And I think that's just where the magic started... I was able to see through my sleeping mask and started to walk around, plus at the end, though I had little control over it yet, I saw a really beautiful, almost divine chinese scenery that I could turn around in and observe, in a clarity I probably have never seen in any dream before. In the next scene I was dancing... I felt a strong euphoric energy and I woke up breathing fast. I can't tell what this was, whether it was AP or LD or something else, since I couldn't really control it. But either way, I'm obsessed now. And at this point I wanna thank you, and I'm really glad that I have found your channel 🙏💜

I've watched a TON of videos on RU-vid regarding astral projection but you're the first I've ever subscribed to because you seem so down to earth and you explain things on a level that's easy to relate to. Also, thank you for actually answering some of the most obvious questions that, for whatever reason, other RU-vidrs aren't even touching.

Actually, I do have a question. Do you think that astral projection might just be a higher form of lucid dreaming? I haven't astral projected yet so I can't say from experience, but I THINK, from all the research I've done, that astral projection is just a high form of dreaming. Like lucid dreaming is a higher form of REM dreaming. This is why I've been trying to astral project. I really want to put test it myself but since you've already succeeded in astral projection, maybe you'd be able to answer this. It might just be that, like religion, our culture has devised a belief system surrounding astral projection (e.g., astral planes, astral entities, etc..). I'm going into this with an open mind and reserving judgment until I can astral project myself. Just wanted to see where you stand on this now.

+Eric Alves I think it is on the wide spectrum of consciousness. I have never seen anything to convince me it is not a fabrication of my own mind, but it is definitely distinguishable from LD. The biggest difference is that I am not asleep when I have an OBE, which adds to the realism of the whole experience. Real or not though, it is incredible. I completely agree that religion and culture has played a role in how it is viewed by many people.

+Canadian girl I am right there with you. Now that I am used to it I can't get enough. I try to reach this state every night before falling asleep even if I don't plan on a projection attempt.

Slightly jealous. I love the sensation but it pops up on me so quick the excitement and surprise are still there and knock me out of it. I guess I need to keep practicing until it becomes normal and no surprise.

Nice troubleshooting guide! I'm still playing catch-up on your channel since I just discovered it last night, but so far I'm lovin every single video! The best part of your channel for me is how you've already done so much research and tried so many techniques from various experts like Robert Monroe, William Buhlman, Robert Bruce, Michael Raduga, folks from the Astral Pulse forum, and a bunch others, and you explain and teach us everything you've learned from them. I feel like I don't have to follow those guys anymore. I can just go to you! LOL. Keep doing what you're doing. It's a lot of fun learning from you and with you.

+Larz my feet are about shoulder width apart and my arms are by my sides, not touching my sides, palms facing my body. My right arm always has a pillow under it because if I don't do that, my elbow starts to ache pretty badly after a while. Think I must have injured sometime in my life. My left arm is just on the bed.

Not sure if this ever happens to you, but sometimes after being still and relaxed for a while, one of my physical arms or leg would just fling up several inches into the air on its own. That would startle me which causes me to lose focus and feel like I need to start over. :/

Excellent video. I am so glad you are so candid and real about your efforts. It takes work to do this (at least for some of us). I am comforted by the fact that you seem to have experienced many of the “issues” that I seem to be encountering. And you are correct at the beginning of the video...your “labors” add to your effectiveness as a teacher. Right now I am stuck on the vibrational stage. At first it terrified me. Now that I conquered the fear I get so excited when it starts that I just interrupt the process...I will keep on working at it! Keep up your very helpful videos!

Very informative and great tips! I used to get sleep paralysis a few years ago and for the stuck feeling you can will yourself out. You will feel a strong pull but you can grab onto walls or anything you can get a hold of to get out the closest window or door and out of the house. Once you are outside the magnetic feeling will subside.

I would like to note that these tips generally apply to heavy to moderate sleepers. When he mentions that you should read a book or do something to wake your mind, and move to a chair to prevent yourself from immediately falling back asleep. I am a very light sleeper, and sometimes even just by rolling over in the night, i can have difficulty in going back to sleep. I do love all your tips btw. Thank you for all your vids and tips.

Great advise conveyed calmly..I would love to see a video on how practicing Astral Projection changed your life! I really want this.. it seems like I found my life purpose to be able to do this!! Now I gotta drop the frustration and love the process.. Gottcha.

Again another great video. And cool that you brought up this getting stuck problem. That happened to me two weeks ago when I had my first short OBE experience, where my leg felt stuck in the couch. I couldn't really tell where it was stuck. So I will try the target technique or grow some new legs next time :-). Oh man, I am curious, eager, yet somewhat scared about the whole matter still, but I will just keep on meditating every night in the hope that I will just "slowly" get into these experiences. The lucid dreaming approach is also something worth to try, I think, when you are like me and still a bit fearful and unfamiliar with OBE's.

A trick that I use to wake myself fairly gently as I drift off, is to breath through my nose with my lips slightly open, and block my airway with my tongue. When you fall asleep you naturally breath in through your nose, and out your mouth. When i drift off just barely into sleep, my body forces my exhale out my mouth, making a noise that wakes me.

I have a question about vibrations. I've tried having an AP for a week now and I arrived to the point where I start feeling the vibrations. My problem is that, while I read that vibrations should be felt as a " Vvvv" sound, my kind of vibrations are more physical. My body, starting from the eyelid and the left ears, starts shaking violently. Yesterday night I could feel my face ( forehead, nose and lips ) contracting as I was grimacing. Does anyone have or have had the same "problem"? Is it possible that this shaking is somehow self-induced? I don't know what to think.. Thanks!

Another thing: last night while I was having this vibrations I felt like my left hand middle finger was splitting as if another one was coming out near the " physical" one; could that have been my astral finger slipping out?

+Federico Piccolo great question. I have heard this same comment from a couple others, but I don't know unfortunately. My vibrations range from gentle to a violent electrocution feeling, but it is all internal.

+Federico Piccolo absolutely. Sounds like what is called phantom wiggling. You can do this to verify that you are ready to separate. If you can disassociate a body part a good 6 to 12 inches, it is a good indication that you are separated, but just overlapping.

My issue is getting that relaxed makes me have to go pee and ruins all the work bc I have to get up and this happens multiple times sometimes. I feel like I’m getting close tho.

I've been trying to astral project everyday for the past 5 years- the closest I got was my very first attempt, got the vibrations. I've tried different methods, however I've never tried drinking coffee- think I'll try that next

***** oh heck yeah! when laying back, imagine the sensation of your body vibrating. As you start to paralyze, you'll start *really* feeling it. It gets intense and it's fun. Not only is that paralyzing practice, but you're loosening the magnetic hold between the two bodies.

+gumpferloofer I've been getting sp naturally since I was 6 and now I am 14 but it usually happens when I wake up in the middle of the night then go straight back to bed but I can't sleep,so I end up laying their then I get it. Or just work out and get really tired set an alarm for 5am then wake up walk around but don't watch tv and don't go on phone then lay down and just focus on the darkness of your eyelids.

Thank you SO MUCH for all your vids! I am someone with over developed EMF going thru a spiritual awakening. For weeks, my body auto goes to this vibrational state along with the jet setting in the head/ears whenever eyes are closed that led me to you. Once I learned that the 3rd eyes wants to AP, I tried (3 nites) without success because of feeling someone was sitting on my chest. (Learned it's just heart chakra opening) It’s frustrating as I am constantly in the final state without having to try anything but just cannot project. Mind you that I also have swirling sensation during the day. Any advice is appreciated. TIA.

Just relax and learn to love the entire process. Frustration will kill most experiences and will lead to discouragement and will prevent future success. Learn to love the relaxation and sensations and noises, and then when you get out it is just an added bonus. Might sound dumb, but changing my own thinking in this way made a huge difference.

Lately the more I try it seems my brain just resists me. Soon as I get comfortable, boom, instant sleep. I can lucid dream often and regular dreams always.

Sometimes it is necessary to change your practice up. I have run into the same thing a dozen times. Change what time of night you practice,stay up longer before going back to make your attempt, try some place other than your bed, experiment with a little bit of caffeine to keep your mind awake.

Sorry it's me again. I'm kind of a bit active this days here .... I'm exepriencing a difficulty and wonder if you ever have it too ... and if so how you've got througth it ... I'm having subconscious movment while relaxing. Like my legs is giving a kick alone, my fingers rolling alone or my face is tensing itself alone. I really don't mean to move and it happens by itself .... do you think it's the same process of the hitching ? (wich I thank you for noticing because I always had those also haha). But it's kind of more annoying because it move my body without willing it ... so in a way tense it .... what would you do ?

+baba deluxe I occasionally get a twitch or jerk of a limb. I don't know what causes this, but I find it is best if I just ignore it, pretending it didn't happen and just continue focusing on relaxation. I haven't found a way to prevent it.

Phase, I tried the spinning thing finally. It works like you said. I also tried turning on house lights by closing my eyes and imagining them on. It works. (I'm pretty sure I got that from you as well.) I then developed a way to control lights with hand gestures, which is what I will be using from now on.

+Brian Slartsani very cool. Yes, the first two i use regularly. I have never tried controlling anything by hand movements. I have been meaning to try removing distortions by waving my hand in front of me. I don't recall if I read that in your book or Frederick Aardema's.

I've heard that the Ancient Egyptians slept at a 37° angle to be between waking and sleeping, and were masters at Astral Projection.

I'm getting close to it, It's easy for me to relax my body, it'll take around 10 minutes for my body to become numb, after that I'll feel myself sinking a bit and will also feel a spinning feeling and some tangling I think my problem is that I'll lose focus and get caught up in the moment.

Did you ever takes breaks from practicing AP? And to practice did you mean writing down dreams in a journal or meditate? And if you did take breaks how long err they?

It is good to take a break any time you start to feel frustrated with the process or you start to feel sleep deprived. I have taken a week or two off from time to time when it started to impact my sleep cycle too severely and during those times, yes I continue to write down dreams and meditate.

Alright, i guess now I will know what to focus on even when im feeling those tingles here and there....GOSH they are annoying! But I actually started to enjoy them. The thing that all ruins it for me that this paralysis don't start from my legs, but from my LEFT ARM. And ones it goes closer to my neck, my neck starts to actually hurt, like I am sitting or lying in a bad position and at this point the more I try to endure the pain the more it stays there and the other parts of the body only get the tingles and nothing really seems to happen - tingles and neck pain for 30 minutes...which felt like hours actually. I think I have to try and get this left arm in to a position that doesn't go numb and paralyze, since it is the first thing that usually paralyzes even when I go to sleep normally....and I can feel it paralyzed - i have to move it with my right hand when i want to roll over - and to unparalyze it - i gotta move it and then wait 10 seconds and it's ok - now it's not scary that this happens to me anymore, cuz it happened A LOT so im kinda used to it - but I know that when it happens, it has the potential to ruin my AP practice, and even if it doesn't get to my neck, it will start hurting by itself - my hand actually.

My problem seems to be im a night nurse so after a few days im sleeping at night instead of the day- a regular sleep pattern is important so said- I've been working hard for 6 years! Up until the other day I had had only 2 OBE - 2 lucid dreams, 1 bad night of like 10 sleep paralysis episodes, 1 false awakening- THEN 2 obe in one sleep (after a night shift), then I realized slot of paranormal experiences I've had are probably from being slightly phased out from falling asleep quickly? And those are too many to count!!! Lol💗

Also, the tip for dehydrating yourself i believe was in an AP book. Its actually a tip to get oob, the theory is that if you get yourself dehydrated enough, you can coax your astral body to escape to get to the kitchen, and then visualize yourself drinking a nice cool refreshing glass of water, but no, i havent tried it either lol

I prefer it to be dark, and even wear an eye mask because distractions make it harder for me. I have had many OBEs in the light, but anything you can do to reduce distraction is a good thing

I think good tip before u wake up good times are like 5am or 3am it makes a difference prob cause ur in a quiet space Also sound beats help like mediation music

I've been trying for a while now, but when I manage to enter the vibrational state , it becomes really intense and I get scared. is this normal? any tips for me ? when you started were you frightened at all to try it?

+daniel lagunes yes, overcoming fear is a big part of the process at the beginning. It takes repetition and becoming comfortable with the state and it takes just letting go and surrendering completely. It took me a half dozen attempts to finally say, screw it. And just let go.

Hey man, I am able to dip myself in and out of sleep, but I pop awake quick and it wakes me back up, but then I settle and relax again and doze. Over and over. Will I eventually project?

The goal of microsleep is to speed up the process of sleep paralysis. If you can induce sleep paralysis and have your senses shut down, this is the point where you can either keep relaxing and wait for the vibrations or begin visualizations, particularly those that induce a strong sense of movement.these will bring the vibrational state more quickly. From here you project. Sounds like you are on your way.

+mark claughton you are close. That tingling and sense of vertigo is a good sign. When you get there, try not to focus on the sensations. Focus on the steps you took that got you there. Just passively observe any sensations with a sense of mild curiosity and nothing more. Any more emotion than that will spoil it. At least it does for me.

I've tried for use and still haven't managed to project. I've had some insane lucid dreams before though. The craziest was when I was in a dream and my son picked up a bag of shotgun shells off the ground and when I went to look into the bag there was a massive explosion, ears ringing and I felt the heat on the entire right side of my body and then my body literally jumped off the bed and my mind woke up. I could still feel the heat and heat the ringing in my ears. That was my last lucid dream though. It lasted all of 2 minutes and the BOOM, I was awake..

Many times while attempting to astral project, I come to this point where I feel a steady vibration (not violent, but not subtle) and then i feel my legs being pulled from my body (kinda feels like im stretching). Just a note: this is the first event that happens while trying to astral project (after an hour or so) and I usually feel weightless at this point. This sensation is very relaxing and does not feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Could you tell me if you know anything about this? Is this a sign that I'm getting closer to astral projecting?

+Hasan Jamal could be. What happens after you get to this point? Typically there is a point for some where they reach paralysis or for others where they lose track of their body and find themselves in a void like state. Have you seen hypnogogic imagery by this point, or felt your body go numb, or had your senses start shutting down? What you describe is a sensation I am not familiar with personally, so I am trying to see if it fits somewhere in the progression of events from my own experience.

+Phase Evolution I think a better way of intepreting the pulling/stretching is that I get to this point where I usually just feel a wave underneath me that pushes/stretches different parts of my body (what i would think is my astral body) up or foward depending on where the wave is. It's pretty slow and usually starts at the legs progressively turning into a wave that travels underneath my entire body. Its patterns are relatively sporadic. I would like to put an emphasis on the wave going underneath my body rather than through it. Nothing really happens after this. I have not experienced any hypnogogic imagery, however there have been times where I felt like I could see through my eyelids. I can't really say that it really happened though just because assuming that I could see through my eye lids, I saw these shadows dancing above me so I just writ it off as me imagining something. As for numbness, only my limbs were completely numb.

+Hasan Jamal interesting. Well, while I can't say I have experienced that, everyone is different. I would see what you can do with it. I was in the same boat a little over a year ago where I was feeling weird stuff, but was unsure of what to do. I spent several months breaking down the process and journaling everything I did and everything experience/sensation it led to. Basically this allowed me to deconstruct the whole progression from waking to projection that I go through so I could then see each sensation as sort of a sign post in the road telling me how close i am. I would go through this same exercise if I were you. Write down everything you know. Lay out all the steps that lead to this state, then experiment with different things once in this state. Try different visualizations, especially ones that induce the feeling of movement. Try to go through some micro-blackouts where you dip in and out of sleep and see if that helps the process evolve. Try at different times of day and night, etc.

+Austin Gearing thanks. I'll add that to the list for next time. Essentially, I do one of two things when they are too week. One, if I am close enough to the correct state I can cycle through techniques like in the indirect method and they will intensify, or if that doesn't work and I am too far away from a state deep enough to get them to build, I will use the same micro blackouts to relax further. Them there is always the scenario where they just won't build no matter what and I just go back to sleep with the intent to try again next time I wake.

+lifeisameditation withinitself I like the phrase "try to empty". That is exactly what I do as I relax. I let myself sink deeper and deeper and in my mind sort of feel a hollowness as I turn my attention Inward and try to lose track of any physical sensations. I know what you mean by tensing up during visualization. I still do that occasionally. I will feel myself getting closer and closer and so I mentally push just a bit harder and sometimes I will ruin the state because I will tense my arms or legs or chest as I am mentally pushing. Particularly using the rollercoaster method that I am fond of.

I'm sorry to hear that :( Once you get back into it I would love to know how much progress you've kept/lost throughout the last couple of months. I have another question however. This morning I tried projecting again, (to no avail) the furthest point I achieved was my arms & legs felt numb and they were tingling. I didn't panic, i mostly embraced the feeling. but, about 15 minutes or so go by from that state and nothing else occurs. It happened yesterday when I tried as well. i was able to visually imagine situations as well but that's really about it. how do i progress further? and was i even close to the vibration stage? also i really appreciate that you still reply back to our comments :)

You were making progress. After that point, sleep paralysis will move up your body over your chest and will reach your head. When it reaches your head, you will feel a feeling of vertigo or movement. Once that passes you will experience your senses shutting down. Eyes and ears are the most noticable. Now you are in the mind awake body asleep state. This is where the vibrations occur. If you are not familiar with microsleep, I have a video on it in my how to project playlist. That will speed up the process significantly. without microsleep, it will take an hour and a half or more. With it the entire process takes more like 30 minutes.

+Exeggutor Senpai it is unmistakable. It won't feel like imagination. Visualization is great for things like jump starting the vibrational state, but very different than projection itself. When you actually project you will experience real physical sensations. For many, this is an intense vibration or electrical surge feeling accompanied by noise in your head. Rushing, roaring, grinding, ringing, etc. Some people see flashes of light or here a bang like a gun going off. I find that I can see through my eyelids most of the time. When you try to sit up or roll over, it will feel like a physical movement and there is usually some resistance, like you are climbing out of a swimming pool. If you use something like the target technique where separation isn't required, it is usually accompanied by a quick sense of movement like an intense vertigo in your head and then your limbs and you will find yourself in the place you were picturing. I literally cant get comfortable in any position. I’m always uncomfortable. I cant relax. I always have trouble sleeping at night.. maybe astral projection just isnt for me :/

Have you tried the indirect method? This approach uses projection immediately upon waking and removes the need for all the relaxation that is required with the direct method since you were just sleeping moments before. Hey man, i know mainly your projections are real time projections but for some reason every time i project its always to a different plane or place never in my room, its mostly in different planes. the only way i can successfully project is by using the rope technique through the chakra on the very top of my head im not sure if this is why, none of the other techniques work for me any suggestions? it would be cool to wonder around my house in astral form

yea i have tried that, i dont have control, the most success ive had is having asked to go somewhere else and i literally get zapped somewhere but never to a chosen location its just another random place the most earthly place ive been to was a random bar/club ive never been too, where there was another girl wondering around but she couldnt tell me where exactly where we were. its really fun but i would love to gain some control. Have you always had control or did it take you time to get it?

+Lee ONeill I have always just rolled out next to my bed, so control was there from the beginning. The exception to that is when I use the rollercoaster method and just get shot from my body at high speed and land in a random location. The idea with the target technique is that you should be able to put yourself in a location of your choice, but that one did take me a bit to get the hang of.

+samet SÜRÜCÜ it definitely takes some practice. When you get to the vibrational state, just pretend you don't notice them. Focus on whatever you were doing to get them to start in the first place, as if you are just noticing them through your peripheral vision.

+samet SÜRÜCÜ once you get to that point you can either lie there and wait for things to progress on their own or of it doesn't seem that they are going to, practice microsleep. Dipping in and out of sleep repeatedly over and over for just a moment will usually get the process rolling.

+dale beaupre on occasion I get that or a twitch of some sort. Not sure what causes it or how to prevent it. I do best if I just ignore, pretend it didn't happen and continue with the process. I think it is probably an attempt of the body to check if you are still awake. If I just pretend it never occurred, I can usually continue.

I got a weird feeling last night but I'm not sure if it was a step towards astral projecting. While trying to keep my mind awake and my body asleep, I felt my awareness kind of almost shift upwards and above my body. I don't know how to explain this exactly.

+Jozef Kola sounds like you are on the right track. Moving awareness outside your body is a good thing. Usually our awareness sits somewhere right behind our eyes. If you can learn to move that awareness up and out, disassociation becomes much easier.

When i attempt astral projecting through the mind awake, body asleep method, i would only get to a point to where i see white light for about 3 seconds, i get this feeling all over my body, but that's as far as i have gotten. Does that mean i'm close to the led blanket feeling or vibrations?

+Jason Rosado could be. I don't get those sensations, but then we are all a little different. The biggest thing that I think can help to get you to that mind awake body asleep state is to learn to dip in and out of sleep just briefly. These little micro-blackouts will get you closer and closer to that threshold. Usually after 3 or 4 that blanket feeling starts climbing my legs. It will take some practice, but it is very effective.

im not judging..... but you might scare the cat, but u didn't even know it. im not really good at poping out my body, but when i do i have great control.... and my dog has saved my ass so many times it's mind blowing. so im not sure if the cat will be willing to travel with you, it's not cats nature like dogs are... i can't move 2 feet from my dog and gets up and sticks with me. we'll same in 4'd....... no fear is the bottom line!!! but it's still worth a try to say hi to the cat.... who knows it might really become attached to you after hanging out with you in the astral.... they love...LOVE have fun brother

I've been attempting the mind awake body asleep method for a fair few days now, but I've come across a problem. I seem to get to a stage where my body is mostly numb and I start to feel tingles in my hands and feet. At this stage though, I also get a lot of random muscle spasms, mainly in my hands, feet and around my knees. Does this affect the process? Does it set me back? I can't help the spasms and the more relaxed I get the more violent they become. I've also gotten to the point where I can feel my body drifting into sleep, but as soon as the sensation hits my feet, they have a major spasm and I'm back at the start, having to do it all over again. How can I fix this?

+plaskaaa 00 That is a tough one. I experience the occasional spasm as well, but only one. I never have repeated spasms. I don't know what causes them. If I just ignore them, let my hand lay where it lands after the spasm for instance, pretending it did not occur, I can usually continue with little set back, but I admit that would be difficult with multiple spasms. I hope someone else on here will have some advice. For you.

I did it sometime early this morning. . but I experienced the blindness . I couldn't get far away .. well I don't know for sure i was so tired that I can't really remember .. seems like I woke up in SP well I wasn't really awake but you ..I panicked but then I literally thought "Mike says nothing to be afraid of " lol .. I instantly chilled out and focused .. I started to try and project but then I started to see my "friends " I then told them with my mind they've no power over me. I started coming out but no vibrations which is weird because I was lucid enough to want to feel them and look for them ..but the roaring came .. then another bad guy whom I mentally told off . I thought think positive .. so I guess I did that's when things get fuzzy .. I was coming out I moved my astral arms ..but I couldn't see anything and at that point I can't remember a lot more .. I may have fallen back asleep cause I was super tired (lots of stuff going on the last day or 2 and I was lacking sleep and stressed out ..which it really seems the stress adds to my ability to get into SP ) but the last things I recall are trying to say Jesus which is my default when the bad guys come (demons spirits darkness whatever ).. I remember going through the whole thing of trying to speak while in SP . I also remember realizing I had been through a series of false awakenings ... that's it I wish I can get past that point without being snatched out by demons .. lol Anyway brother .. thanks for your help .. its funny I actually invoked your name after I said I was going to jokingly about thr entities .. there was a butt load at first so grabbing them was not an option plus I couldn't move ..LOL

I left this on your other comment, but just to make sure you see it, I am reposting it here: The buzzing and pulses mean you are definitely on the right track. It sounds like you are going about things using the direct method (before sleeping). If that is the case, there are a couple of things I suggest. First, you need to use the wake back to bed method. This is mandatory if you want results. Second, chances are, the issue is that you are not relaxing deeply enough for the process to unfold. I know that might sound crazy, especially if you have been lying there for an hour or two, but keep in mind, you are trying to reach a level of relaxation that is usually only accomplished in sleep. What I would recommend is learning the process of microsleep. It helped me immensely. If you are unfamiliar with it, I have a video on it in my "How to Astral Project" playlist. Essentially it is training your body to and mind to click in and out of sleep for just brief moments and then through the process of fractionation, your body gets deeper and deeper and your mind returns to full consciousness. If all else fails and you begin to feel frustrated with the process, I would recommend taking a break from the direct method and using wake back to bed with the indirect method. If you are unfamiliar with the indirect method, again, I have a video in my "How to Astral Project" playlist that will go into more detail than I can here in the comment thread. I hope this helps and I would be happy to help troubleshoot as you continue your efforts.

Hi there. I try to astral project everyday Nd I get to the vibrations every time I try, Nd even I can get to the vibrations on command. But I just can't separate the astral body. Every time I get to the vibrations, I ignore them Nd I ignore everything else, then I just concentrate on the thing that led me to the vibrations Nd that's it. Vibrations goes away Nd nothing happens. Can you please help me with this? Nd also I can get the vibrations in 10-15 minutes even though I can notice everything around me. So is it okay or should I go even more deep meditation when I can barely notice anything Nd then get the vibrations? Please help..

Phase Evolution So when I get the vibrations, I feel like I'm in a dark room where I can't see or feel anything around me. They are like an adrenaline rush Nd the start from the back of my head Nd then grow toward my chest, but I can barely feel them in my legs. When I get the vibrations, I feel like my body is really light Nd I get the floating sensation. But after that floating sensation, the vibrations goes away and then I feel whatever was floating on my body (if it was my astral body) is now coming toward my body. It sort of feel like something or someone is trying to lay on my body. So this is how I feel when I try to astral project. Is this what am I looking for? Or am I getting close? So it's sort of like I climb up the hill Nd walk on top of the hill for a bit before climbing down on the other end. I'm a bit confused because I can get these vibrations on command whenever I want. I can get them when my body is really calm Nd I'm into really deep meditation (30-40 minutes) and also when I'm not even in really deep meditation but my body is calm (10-15 minutes). Is it possible? Or am I doing it too quick or wrong? Nd there's one more thing that I forgot to tell you that there's a constant buzzing sound in my right ear for a week now. It's just constantly there. Thanks for the really fast response. You are the first person on the internet whose not just claiming to help but actually coming forward to help a complete stranger. I really appreciate that. +Sukhdev Kumar the rushes, if they are pulsating, it sounds similar to what I experience before the vibrations. I get pulsating rushes of energy. Those build in speed and intensity and then when they become one continuous​ roar, the vibrations begin. The vibrations are like a continuous electric surge coursing through me. I am wondering if you are experiencing these pre-vibration pulses based on your description and the fact that you can reach them any time. For me the actual vibrational state requires much more time and relaxation. As far as the buzzing, after months of OBEs, I started hearing a continuous rumble like there is an engine idling outside of a muscle car. It only occurs when I am at home oddly enough, which is where I practice, but it is always there and it is definitely in my head. Nobody else can hear it. I don't know what that means. There is a book called "That ringing sound" that talks about these sounds as a tool in meditation. It calls them "the sound current". I do use them to focus on sometimes when I meditate, but aside from that, really haven't found much use for them.

the "lead blanket" feels like water to me it even has bubbles like carbonated water feels like i breathe water when it comes to the lungs

So much attention, it interferes in the process. Astral projection is a natural process. Just as it would not happen to interfere with digestion, neither should we do so with this.

+Mario Villarreal very good point. You have to treat it with a mild curiosity and I think of it as viewing the process through my peripheral vision as I let it occur.

my dear friend , what happen to me was a last tight sep 17 2016, i almost give up astral projection , because i always practice it every night got no result . i got to the point always when my body fall asleep and it so heavy and i was waiting for my vibrational state and nothing happened i was mind awake for 4hrs and my body is very much sleep, i knew it because mu whole body got numb. last not i almost got so frustrated that i want to give up. so i ask my subconscious for the answer as to why ( by the way i give my subconscious a name ) i didt get to the point of vibration. and he lead me to your video . as i open my youtube on my phone i saw your video. thank you for the help and enlightenment.

+Dexter Puzon during meditation I use Binural Beats in the theta range. During my projection practice I count down from 300 with my heart beats while I progressively move from my feet to my head asking myself if I can possibly relax the current point of my body even further. I may go through this multiple times depending on how quickly I am able to relax. What techniques do you use?

technique ?. mine is to just first i do 2 or 3 deep breathing i hold them 5 sec and release . then as i image to give command to my whole body start from feet to head , i tell them to relax and then as i got to the head part tell them to relax i start breathing tru mouth. then i got relax. the my head got ramble with so many thoughts like trying to get my attention. so what i did is to release them like i imagine a box that i do is i put or place all my thought inside this box all material thoughts and material problem . then i cover it and send it to the fly saucer or bus or some times water ships. as it go farther and got smaller and at the point i can see them, i tell my self that " i will have no longer connection to any of those thoughts and that they will no longer come to my mind. and then i my head become silent . then as i lie down waiting for any vibration. but no vibration came. so to keep me awake longer i just observe my breathe and tell i cant hear my heart beat and i cant hear my breathing too... i as i thought Hmmm may be i can get out now , i tried but still no success. i almost 4 hours awake body sleep and snoring and no vibration or electric saw sound hear as many people describe during ther astral travel separation?... im still wondering if i have miss something or not, by the way i am not afraid and i am relax at those time.

His much do you think the astral realm plays a part in the global elite hierarchy ... Do u think the global elite strike deals with low frequency beings or anything like that. You said you like want to find scary entities or something like that towards the end of the video... My number one main goal if I could ever actually project would be to find bad or scary or low level evil beings and interview them or just study them and figure out what all is going on in that respect. Any thanks for doing this stuff man. Really big ups.

Phase Evolution iiii basically can only realize I'm dreaming and they I try to fly and move around but it doesn't work out to well and my sight is very limited... But I used to eat a lot of toothpaste when I was a kid in an attempt to clean my esophagus.. I have seen a north american cryptic in real life that liked exactly like the alien from signs. But that was in the third dimension. I'm going to try to project again tonight like always.

I had to take a break from everything. I still try to keep up with emails and comments, but videos, and research, and talking with folks to help them troubleshoot was taking up a huge amount of my time. I went through a divorce that left me as a single parent, then my son committed suicide, and now I focus all my efforts on getting my daughter through her teenage years in one piece. Mentally and emotionally, I am not in a state to do much of anything else. I am sure that in time things will feel better, but until then, I continue my practice mostly as an escape.
