I came back watching this when I read the article that the Choreographer of this dance said Sorry to ASTRO many times because it was indeed Breathless. The dance was so hard that they needed stamina while dancing this and it was even recommended for weightloss. So proud of ASTRO that they were able to perform this

Astro's boys not only dancing anergeticly. Thier songs, melody and lyrics are also beautiful and touching. Sometimes can make you cry. Chan Eun-woo, Moon Bin, MJ, Rocky, San-ha and Jinjin are all very talented...
I’ve always realized this about ASTRO but I have decided to mention it now. There choreography are so cute and so different, most groups don’t usually move as much as Astro in there choreography, very creative!

I am new to Astro and the only one I know is Cha Eun Woo because of Kdrama. I think I will start following this group. They are fun to watch. The fans are also peaceful. I read through the comments and no one was bad mouthing a single member, which is what I like. Harmonous fans, kudos!
Does/has Rocky train in ballet? His turn out is super good. Like of course his turns are super good but he moves super gracefully and his turn out is really good
The choreography so super synchronised that it’s so super satisfying to watch!!! They are so very detail in every beat of move... Full of energies and positivity! ASTRO!!!
Been trying to catch up on a few rookie groups lately and I gotta say ASTRO really impresses me. They have some solid vocalists and the choreo always looks neat. I'm loving the feel-good vibes of their songs aswell and the members seem extremely lovable. All in all, a very promising rookie group IMO. p.s guy in striped shirt is adorable af
I love how the song is bright and cheerful but they still hit the choreography really hard. that's the difference between astro and other groups with similar concepts :)

JinJin. Astro was one of the first K-Pop groups to introduce me to a world of music that I had been oblivious to all of those years prior. You are one of the first great leaders that I’ve gotten the opportunity to spend time with and get to really know. You’ve changed me so much since I discovered you and it’s only been a few years since I decided to support Astro. I believe your musicality is what stood out to me first. You are a natural-born rapper and really understand the art of rap. You have such a raspy, defined voice that is just perfect to exercise the effect that rap can have on people. You have such a diverse flow and way that you use your voice to tell your story. You are also a gifted singer as well. You find a way to be able to blend rap and vocals to create such a fresh sound to Astro’s music. I often think of the group’s songs to be quite elegant, and you bring out the beauty in each song with the power of your voice. You bring a different style to each Astro song and they would not be complete without you. No matter the genre or mood of the song, you capture it effortlessly by letting your voice guide you through the song. You bring so much energy and balance to each of your songs and each time I hear your voice, I am hearing the song in a different way again. Your dancing abilities are just as wondrous and groundbreaking. What I love about you is that you are very athletic dancer. Astro’s choreographies tend to be very upbeat and fast-paced and you can keep the intensity for each one from start to finish, no matter how many times you execute them. I know that you are experienced in dancing, and can move your body in ways that I’ve not seen other performers be able to. In this way, you bring a surprise to each Astro choreography and bring excitement to each ones. You are the reason behind brightness and life behind every choreography, and you are the reason that other members can feel the same way during the performance. They can bounce off of the joy you get from performing, and encourages them to give their all into each performance. Your moves are clean, and although they require precision, you carry them out so naturally and loosely. You are really in your element when you are dancing and you can really express yourself how you want to. I know that you are passionate about dancing and that translates through when you get to share with others what you can say with only your body movements. Your facial expressions also capture the mood of each choreography flawlessly as well. Overall, you are an incredibly impressionable performer and you are someone who is meant to be on stage changing the world with your artistry. You bring to music a way of lyricism and individuality that others cannot and will not be able to. You are truly unique and this world is lucky to have you to share your talents with. We are so grateful to you for pursuing this side of you and using you to unlock pathways in the lives of others. At the same time, I love your personality as well. You are funny in just about every way possible. You are naturally a goofy person and this is the reason why so many people are attracted to you so easily. You can change the atmosphere of a room full of strangers in a second because of how humorous you are. You know how to bring people together in this way. Astro is a very cheerful group, and I know that this is because of you. You bring the members together with each other because of this too. The other reason that I know your members look up to you is because of how you carry yourself. You’ve had to endure the hardships of not only yourself, but five other people. I know that the members have been motivated by this because if you can go through all that you have for so many people and still be happy, they know they can too. They look up to you in ways that I don’t even know you realize sometimes. You are so strong to them and you’ve been such a reliable and consisted person to fall back on in their lives. I can see how much they love you every day because they value your happiness and content before anything else. They all have their own individual reasons for loving you, but overall, they can love each other because of you. They can be the best version of themselves with your guidance and acceptance. You have brought your members close together each day because you love them are willing to do anything for them. Because of this, they have the same mentality. They can be independent and they no that no matter what they do in live, they will be okay because they have someone who loves and supports them regardless of whatever happens. You love your Aroha in a similar way. For as long as I can remember, you make goals in order to satisfy your Aroha, and not yourself. You’ve put us first for as long no matter what, and we haven’t even done anything to deserve this. You have done more for us than we will ever be able to give back to you. Sanha. I first want to talk about your voice, because it has a sound I have most definitely never heard before. It has so much to offer, but perhaps what I love most about it is that it is so soulful. It is so familiar to me and brings back memories of my childhood. There is familiarity to it and it comforts me, although I don’t even know you personally. I can tell that you sing with so much passion and you really pour your heart into every line that you sing. I know that music has been important to you for you entire life, and you have changed mine just upon hearing it for the first time. You can really express yourself and communicate in a way that you can’t with just words, because music has become the primary way for you to reach out to your audience. At the same time, you are one of the most multi-talented dancers I know. You pay so much attention to the precision and accuracy of your choreographies, all while incorporating your own character and leaving a piece of you for your audience as well. You dance with such determination and eagerness, and I can tell that it is just in your nature to dance. Your movements are seamless and crisp, and you add so much sophistication to Astro choreographies. You can add or lessen the amount of intensity to really exemplary the concept of your moves whenever you need to. At the same time, you make sure to embody your own self in these routines and show the world through you are through dance. You always take the time to weave in such memorable gestures or movements that can only be treasured by your Aroha. You are always aware of so much at one time when you dance, and there are not many people who can balance all three without compromising another. Overall, you are born to be on the stage. Not only do you understand music, but you open pathways for your audience to see what it can mean for them as well. You give it a new meaning and shoe people how it can be used to change who they are, as it did for you. I thank you for being so keen on exploring the musical side of yourself, because the world needs it and your creativity. As much as I love your musicality, I love your personality as well. I noticed instantly how easily you smile and how happy you always seem to be. I began to crave the happiness that you had because just seeing you feeling so positive caused me to feel the same way. I also want to comment on how mature you are. I believe you are someone who is very sure of themself and is very aware of who you are and who you are not. Rocky. You were the one of the first idols that I genuinely connected with on so many levels. One of the first qualities that I recognized fairly early on is your voice. This drew me in immediately because of the way your voice is able to accentuate the aura of Astro’s music. You rap with such confidence, an easy flow, and a soothing sound. I love that your rap is so powerful, yet not overwhelmingly aggressive or overexerted. The exact same can be said about your singing voice. To this day, my jaw drops open and I am so instantly moved to tears when I hear the melodic tones and effortless control of your voice. I didn’t immediately know you were capable of harnessing so much emotion in these long power ballads, but hearing the first one completely transformed my comprehension of your vocal capabilities. Similarly to your rapping, you have this softness and delicacy to your singing and add just the right amount of emphasis on all the right moments. You capture so much authenticity and reality whether you are singing or rapping and I am just so speechless on how one can be so immersed into music. Of course, your dancing is the other half of your outstanding musical persona. I did not know I would ever run into you, who has represented its truth and intentions your entire life. Your mind is so clearly connected to your body, and you are so able to transmit what you feel through your movement. I know that there are only emotions and words that you can communicate to Aroha and the rest of the world when you are dancing. You exist together as one to say what can’t be said with words. Not only do you make every choreography a part of you but you give it so much life and personalization in a way that I’ve never seen. I do thank you, for putting so much of your life into dance, which I know greatly defines who you are as a person. You can do what no other individual can do when you are performing on stage, and I recognized this so instantly when I met you. I can’t verbalize how talented you are and how diverse your performance really is. I believe what I noticed first about your personality was how quiet and calm you were. You just always came off as so mature and so considerate of the situation you were in. You speak so intelligently, so honestly, and so openly about what you’re discussing. I love how professional you are and how kind you are to those who you come in contact with. You represent yourself and Astro so well by carrying the reputation of your members and your group in this manner. To your members directly, I know you have the most sacred relationship and the most and the purest bond with. I realized so instantly that you don’t even hesitate to put your members first regardless of what happens. I love your sense of humor because you always make jokes that are unexpected or tease your members in the unforgettable ways. I love that you’re unpredictable in the way that you encourage laughter in others. I know that you can truly be yourself around them as well. I can tell how comfortable and at ease you are when you’re with them in any way. You don’t even have to say anything, but you’re constantly smiling and just having a great time with them. You know how to have fun and make each moment memorable, no matter what you’re doing. Wow you guys are tooooo good...the dance, the choreography is the smoothest I have seen among idol groups. Even though BTS is the reason I started K-Pop ing but you guys are a treat. All are great dancers but it’s almost difficult to take your eyes off from Rocky and Moonbin ( Red and pink, not sure about the names yet). One can keep looking at their legs all day.

One of the reasons I like Astro's dances practices is what they do with the member dancing in the very back. Since they only have 6 members, if the want the dance to be centered, someone has to stand behind the member in the center giving the illusion that there is only 5 members. Most groups the member in the back is dancing the same thing and you cant see him because he's covered by the person in front, but with Astro, the member in the back dances something different. whether they are doing something differently with their legs or arms, you can still see that member in the back.
