Great video! I struggle with Photoshop. I usually use Lightroom. Going to try this out on my image of RHO. Shot it early this morning. 5/29. The thing you mentioned in here that you didn't know what it was.. Control, Alt, shift, E is called a "Stamp" layer. It's basically the same thing as control. J Keep up the great videos...Clear skies!

When reducing noise, I always stay away from reducing color noise. Why? It removes color detail that would've been there otherwise. I disable color noise reduction when using any noise reduction tool (eg: Topaz Denoise). Reducing noise does make the image somewhat smoother, but the trade off is loss of detail. Noise reduction is a fine balance. A high-pass filter overlay can also make nebulosity pop a little without disturbing other areas of the image. Star reduction is also a great principle as well. It brings the 'background' out to the eye and away from the stars. Otherwise, for a beginner, you did a good job. I liked the colors.👏
