The "Bolsi" restaurant has a sandwich called "Banco Union" it was called like that cuz there has a Bank in the near of the restaurant, and the people whom used to work there regularly used to go to the Bolsi and always asked for the same sandwich and they keep on modifiying it at the point it became know as "Banco unión sandwich"

I felt the safest I’ve ever felt in South America! full disclosure that I was staying in an area called villa morra - a relatively affluent area in Asunción. There are security guards at every corner and it’s extremely peaceful. I know it’s not the case in other areas so I would be vigilant at all times as best practice 🤗 thanks for stopping by!
