@@ruripapi it's a 60% keyboard. Those cost around $120. The NuPhy Air60 V2 is at around $95 + shipping right now for example and that's probably better than this thing.
And the same Asus fucks up the letter markings on some of its Vivobooks by making them the same colour as the rest of the keyboard. The letters are invisible if you go slightly off angle and there's no included backlight.
Nah those are two different company's in my eyes, one sells overpriced gamer gear and has everyone under the illusion that it's the best in the market when it's far from it and the other sells shit products that don't work properly most of the time.
This is soo expensive, keyboards with optical switches have always been the cheapest manufacturing wise I even remember the gk61 being sold for 45 usd back in 2020, adding some features like a touch slider and making it $169.99 is almost ofensive tbh.
I used to have a meshy keycap keyboard like this, they’re soft and rubbery and are very satisfying and smooth yes, but they’re also really easy to accidentally press down if you’re putting your fingers on them, I remember my wrist getting pain using it because I had to hover my fingers OVER the keys otherwise i’d accidentally press abilities or walk. They’re not for gaming i’d say personally but If you’re just using it for work or something they are actually very nice 👍🏼
I've had the Rog Azoth for about 6 months.. Fantastic keyboard, got it new for 180$. I dislike Armourey Crate but I already had to have it for my motherboard.
Well... apple keyboard is an office keyboard. Those go for like $20 meanwhile the asus one is a mech, and those go for more like $120 add the slider, optical switches and a bit of ignorance tax and you're right on the money. Only a bit overpriced but over all a rather solid choice.
Opticals are technically the best switches you can get because of the insanely good response time but id rather have normal mech switches because of how customizable they are (using an optical kb right now)
This is one of the most uninspired things I’ve ever seen on keyboard. A slider? Thats in an area of the keyboard our hands literally never reach? Thats not a solution. It’s lazy. Why wouldn’t they include it on that super cool looking (make sure it’s branded!) sleek but useless metal strip up top?
I wish there were more low profile keyboards, cuz typing on these custom high profile ones for a long time doesn't feel good. I need more thocky low profiles tho

Honestly, if the slide were to have any use I think I would prefer it on the sides rather than reaching over my keyboard to use it. Don't have the product in hand, but through the video, it looks hella awkward.
