In this introductory video, we will show how to disassemble laptop ASUS G750.
Our team will show all necessary steps of disassembling, however don't hesitate to ask us if you have some questions.

0:12 - replacement battery module

I want to just clean the fans, this is way to much.very bad design on asus part, the older models had panels on the bottom above the fans, just 2 screws. covers come off , blow the dust off.Bam done.

So do you have to do everything he does to clean the fan or is there a way to just pop of the keyboard?

I doubt the fans are accessible even after all this. This video basically shows you the steps to just "pop off the keyboard". I don't think we're down to fan level yet. (I'm watching this video using an RoG G750, exactly since there is no clear way to just open it and be done with it.)

Fans are accessible. I did it twice. It takes a lot and you need to be patience. Can't blame ASUS tho. It's not that easy to manage all that stuff together.

How do you connect the keyboard and frame again, the keyboards connector is smaller than where it is put into

WTF ! This laptop have two hidden rams 12:31 , and you can put another two as you can see in 4:16

yup. I had the model with 3 of the 4 slots filled with 8gb. So I matched the ram stick and bought a matching (HMT41GS6AFR8A-PB) stick to have 32GB.

I have this same model ATM bought 2 pieces of 4 for extra 8. Got 16ram ATM plus SSD, this computer works a charm by now 2020! :D

Would you happen to have a video on how to replace the trackpad on this laptop? Or do you have to replace the entire top cover/keyboard?

That's a hell of a lot of disassembling to clean a laptop. Even though it's so large they haven't tried to save space or anything like that. Why do these highly educated kids keep disappointing me over and over again? Our future doesn't look bright. Kids only get less and less realistic life experience nowadays so we are in for a treat 😅

just a thought, but i think you should redo this video. hands are in the way a lot, can't see where you are pulling screws from. perhaps use different camera angle, and also show what size screws you are pulling from what holes.

Hi, is there any way to repair a damaged HDMI? I have an ASUS G752vs and I cannot connect it to a 4K TV using HDMI or MiniDP, my only option is through USB-c, but it only support stereo sound, so I cannot have PCM sound with my home theater. U have updated my drivers and used several cables and TVs, PC screens and projectors and never works through HDMI.

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe meinen Laptop G750JS ebenfalls nach dieser Anleitung auseinander geschraubt, bin danach aber noch etwas weiter gegagnen und wollte auch das mainboard komplett lösen. Dann habe ich gemerkt, dass ich warhscheinlichn icht mehr richtig zurückbauen kann und bin wieder auf den "Rüstzustand" wie hier im Video zusehen ist zurückgegangen. Mein Problem ist jetzt, dass ich beim hochfahren des laptops nur noch bis ins Bios komme. Vorher konnte ich eine Tastatur und Maus anschließen und konnte ganz normal in der Windows Oberfläche mich bewergen. Bitte um HIlfe!

First please magnetise the screwdriver by sliding it across a strong magnet it was painfully slow getting the screws out and second why did you show us the fitting and re thermal compounding of the CPU and GPU??

Yeah, it takes time to disassemble but if you know how to do it then it should not take more than 30 min.

@@gangstertempy it doesn't clip on the left side of the keyboard and there's somewhat of a gap. The laptop is still usable but I might buy a replacement part of the top case cover from eBay or something.
