If there's 1 slot in motherboard then 4GB Ram you might get on motherboard and 1slot empty, in Taskmanager it doesn't shows that you have one slot it will only show you 2 or 4 slots of Ram.

Check does it shows external display if yes then clean the display cable connection from both sides with thinner only not petrol. If external display doesn't show then clean the Ram and Ram slot with thinner only.

It will work but depends on your laptop it supports single 16GB or not. Which generation your laptop is?

It can support you have to check it by installing Ram. Best is to take to any computer shop and say them to check the slot supports 16GB 2400mhz or 2133mhz then install it. In my cases some works some doesn’t.

The new battery might not fixed properly soo your facing battery backup issue & while installing new keyboard the cable where it is connected to motherboard should be first clean with thinner then attach the cable of keyboard.

It can be bios settings Go in Bios and select Default Bios and save it it will work If still any problem then change the settings of Bios from Legacy mode to UEFI mode then It will work if still nothing happens then check the SSD is properly connected and the old Ram also. If you removed the old Ram and then install new one then just clean the old Ram with eraser then clean the slot with thinner or nail polish remover and refix it it will work.

Amigo sigo con el problema... Decidí cambiar la batería y aumentar la RAM de mi portátil Asus A541U. Tras el cambio, reconoce la RAM y batería bien , pero Windows me da pantallazo azul de la muerte y se reinicia. "El dispositivo tuvo un problema y necesita reiniciarse" "system dervice excepción". Lo reproduzco así: - Enciendo el portátil y voy al administrador de tareas, rendimiento, se reinicia en esa pantalla. - En algunas ocasiones al apagar Windows. Por ahora lo que he hecho: - Le he pasado el memtest64 y he puesto la RAM al máximo y CPU sin problema. - He actualizado la BIOS y la he vuelto a poner de fábrica. - He vuelto a dejar solamente la RAM original (integrada en plaza) y he retirado el módulo de RAM que le puse. También he dejado la batería original, mismo problema. - Antes de manipular el portátil, esto no pasaba. - Creo que lo he dejado todo bien conectado, incluido flex y tornillos. Hay tornillos de diferentes tamaños en este modelo. Disco duro está bien conectado. . He pensado que podría ser por qué se haya acumulado energía estática (no use la pulsera ). He intentado quitarla , quitando la batería y presionando el botón de encendido. ¿Como podría drenar la energía estática de la placa en este modelo? No se me ocurre más nada que probar...

When you connect adapter then also it restarts if yes then remove the keyboard means upper part touchpad and keyboard and then power ON the laptop and check it. If while connecting adapter it doesn’t power off then your laptop battery is not fixed properly and remember battery screw is little different with a washar which is connected to motherboard side check that is properly tight. If removing keyboard its working properly then check the plastic cover under the cover is over there or not.

Hynix or Kingston 4GB Ram is best .

It's because if your packing is not properly fit from the hard drive.

Try to check with other keyboard. In Asus model in which power button is on keyboard if keyboard keys are not working properly then the laptop won't switch ON sometimes.

Ram is DDR 4 2400mhz, 4+4 is best but if you are using graphic softwares so you can go to 4+8 also.

@kapildevsharma3245 you can check in task manager what frequency of Ram is same Ram will be inserted. Design of laptop motherboard is like this that company gave single slot for it.

Check in task manager which Ram you are using and how much frequency Ram is then purchase it.

Then 2133mhz Ram you need to purchase and in your laptop you have 2 slots one is used and 1 is empty.

You can change but for that you have to change antenna cables also it will coast you alot instead of that you can use USB wifi card of good brand.

For Ram there's only one slot.

Problem is in the card which is connected with hard disk and motherboard or it might be lose connection of the card. Remove the card clean it and reconnect it to motherboard. Then check it.

One Ram is onboard solder that can't be removed and company provides one empty slot so to extend Ram.
