You mean air? Ramcooler or cpu ram air cooling can do that i am use Thermal light Tl-B12 extrem high performance cooler 120mm But cpu 14900k 14700k is necessarily need 360aio water cooler

I use Artic 420 liquid cooling, and 13900k, I have no problem with temperatures, MCE is stopped and I use Intel stock voltages. Air cooled, maybe noctua, and again the same way. Because this processor can reach 100 degrees in seconds.

@@Hwbot-Philip-Parkhey Nice vid, did you test Y-Cruncher VST+VT3 30 mins? I could pass TM5 8600 but TM5 Anta it’s just for timings. I had to throw away two Hero’s (Dark and OG) and change them for an Encore. It's not just that it's 1DPC, but that the bios train and are much better developed in APEX. What is your CPU SP? I really congratulate you if you achieved 8000 on a Hero!

Yes, the same happened with me, with an OG and Dark Hero, I sold them and bought and Encore. With a little 13700 could have 8266 C36 VST+VT3 stable (plus Karhu TM5) and retrain sable. Then I bought a 14900k binned and it’s better. But the issue here is the Mobo and the BIOS, they doesn’t train very well. I got tired of talking with the asus dev team for the 4 dimm mobos..just downclock your ram to 7400 or 7200, above that I’d what to see in person it it works well.

Z790 Hero, 13900K, Patriot Xtreme 5 2x24gb 7600. I hardly can get stable on 7200 on custom voltages. I change some subtimings and it is not stable any more... very bad memory overclocking on this board 😵

Yes, the same happened to me, i wasn’t restrain stable .. you could use RU to see how BIOS trains.. at least some fields are open to read. 7600 in the Hero OG it’s hard.. the thing is the retrain stability..

I'm content with 7200 stable
