I have the same laptop, my problem is it takes few seconds to turn the screen on by clicking any key on the keyboard whenever the screen turns off. Been figuring out but idk.
@@santahayathi1547 no I have not encountered that issue. Is it a constant problem? Please check your task manager to see what process is consuming resources. Such as there could be Windows update running in the background?
LOQ is better but you would need to upgrade the RAM on that model to make it 16GB or more :) This ASUS TUF is quite cheap though I bought it for $800 CAD. If I remember correctly my LOQ was $935 plus $30 to upgrade RAM.
I have no performance complaints, battery capacity is a little on the short side. I think for coding it will be fine, especially if plugged into AC most of the time. Compile probably will be sufficiently fast with a modern 6C 12T CPU.@@kiranrajput_official
Yeah, the only thing I disliked so far is the battery life. But since it's for gaming, personally I think it's not a big deal as gamers likely mostly play while plugged into AC power.

Hey! I have not used the MSI GF63 yet so I cannot say much about it. But I really like this ASUS TUF 15. Really no complaints other than the battery life. But since I plug my gaming laptop into AC power most of the time, it's not an issue for me. Maybe I will get an MSI laptop soon to check it out.
