@@lyrically1888 No. You have to match the same internal screen connection interface. I doubt you will find an OLED panel with the same specifications.

@@lyrically1888 Brightness and resolution are not as important. You want to match the physical dimensions and the connection interface between the panel and the laptop that is connected by a cable. You have to search the internet for the panel model that you know works (NT156FHM-N62 in this case), then click on the Panelook site link. Go to the Specifications tab at the top and scroll down to Mechanical Details. You must match the categories Active Viewing and Shape Style for the panel to fit in your laptop. Then scroll down to Interface Details. There you see categories Pins, Pin Pitch, and Signal Interface (or Signal Type, Interface Type, etc.). Also important is matching the Pin Assignment. This is the way the 30 pins are wired to different voltages and ground, and this must match as well. This code can vary slightly between compatible models, so you have to find the datasheets for each pin assignment code and check to see the pin values match. In that same Interface Details category under Model it will show the specific connector. You can usually click it and it will show you a bunch of panels that are likely compatible but must be verified with the steps above. On the Overview tab at the top, if you scroll down it will show a list of panels that have a good chance of being compatible. But again you have to verify the interfaces and dimensions because they may vary slightly.

My context is that my webcam stoped working, everytime I try to use it it turn the inbuilt led light on and off very quickly and the software (win webcam app, or zoom) don't catch the webcam, I tried everysingle tutorial on the internet, googled the error code, and I'm just left to think that is a hardware issue. Sorry to hear that, remember never to do a shortcut in the event of any repair. Now carefully open up the top plastic by taking out the screws from the hinges, and you will get back the screws!

@@thepcphone I meant my model is slightly different from yours. my screen was attached to the case by some kind of adhesive glue. eventually I got it off and my screen is working. Thanks!

Do you have the "Night Light" setting on? If you do, it will add a yellow tint over the screen. To check, type Night Light in the search bar on the task bar at the bottom of the screen. Click on night light and the window should open up. Once in, you can turn it on or off, or adjust the intensity of the yellow tint. Hope this helps
