WALKOVER DRILLS AT HOME:
Make sure you have warmed up before starting and have enough space.
We recommend doing 10 reps of each or holding stretches for 45 seconds.
Drill 1: Bridge kicks: aim to get your toe pointing to the sky, keep you leg straight throughout.

Drill 2: Bridge hops: keep that toe pointing to the sky a hop on your supporting leg.

Drill 3: Split handstand wall taps: squeeze arms by ears and lunge into it, don’t be too close to the wall if not you cannot split.

Drill 4: Switch splits on wall: point your toes as much as your can and focus on straight legs.

Drill 5: Keep a neutral head position, make sure both arms stay in line with each other throughout the whole move. (Often people will twist on the way up).

Drill 6: Stretch your splits! Lovely splits are showcased well in walkovers!

Drill 7: Kick as high as you can keeping your bottom leg on the floor and both legs straight. Once you can’t kick any higher, roll your hips up to touch your toes to the wall.

Drill 8: Without arching your back, see if you can get your hands close or touching the wall.
