You are so blessed to have your family close. I know as kids grow , life seems to scatter them to the wind. I know now Christmas and most occasions are totally different. Grandsons are working odd shifts, my son works many holidays as a police officer. Some people are around the table and some are not. We have to make a plate for those who come in later. But I remember when everyone was under one roof, the kids were small... real family moments and memories. To have your Dad in that cottage is not only wonderful for you, but for him too! Oh that we could all have a little family compound. My dream!

It’ll be really nice to look at whatever area they’re talking about. My in-laws built a pizza oven in their tiny house, so when all of the family is together we have fun pizza parties. We want to add one to our property too. We always make our own dough. Homemade pizza is the best!! And Ruth’s episodes are always my favorite😃

Curious to know what the ring is that Ruth and her daughter are both wearing. It is so lovely!

I would like to know more about the actual pizza ovens. Was there an actual fire in there or maybe just woodchips that were heated by electricity? How do you measure the temperature? Price tag on one of those ovens?

How do you and your daughters remain so slim around all that awesome food that you make??

I’m only commenting because 1) I love when Ruth comes on ! She’s one of my very favorites to watch on Homeworthy. 2) I think I was just so stunned by the comments on the hair, the hands, and the cleanliness of it all. Do any of you not eat fast food to go, or in restaurants? And trust me I’m a pretty clean person. But when they were cooking, my mind didn’t even focus on any of that. I can only watch and admire how everyone is letting go of the little things, enjoying family and friends… and just living their best lives. A kind of life that most of us can only dream of. Her daughters want to be in the kitchen with her, her children want to gather. So many Mothers would give anything to have this. I know if I had a daughter… I sure would. I have two adult sons and when they visit and join me in the kitchen… I’m over the moon! Sharing Love, and making memories. That’s all we get to take with us when we leave this world.! Life is but a Vapor… pull a strain of hair out your mouth or off your pizza and enjoy the moment… you’ll never get it back.!

I throughly enjoy your family RU-vid. Your family style is very interesting and enjoyable. From Trader Joes Indian Style Flat Bread, 18 oz, Contains 4 in each pack for making indiviual pizzas for those who have huge appetites or with smaller appetites enough for two people or share 1/2 size or slices with different toppings. Very tasty, easy to fix, quick dinner, lunch, or snack. Enjoy!!

I would love to have your book, but $59 is beyond my budget. I know a lot is involved in making a cookbook, but even professional chefs did not charge that much for a cookbook. I asked my local library if perhaps they could order it, but unfortunately, they could not order your book. I believe that when you have been so abundantly blessed financially then you should share that wealth with others in other ways. Very disappointed that this book is so overpriced!!!
