I'm from the States and enjoy every minute watching Peter play any televised tournament and he's the World Champion for one reason. He never gives up. I came out of my chair when he took the trophy playing against MVG. Highlight of the year for me! Can't wait for the rest of the televised tourney's this year. Cheers Peter!
Seems like a really down to earth guy, really enjoyed this. Probably have more time for him as a player now as I have never really taken to him. He has a new fan now :-)
Why is it so short? Why don’t you do half hour long videos with the worlds top players from their homes. Show where they practice and talk about their life in general etc be good to see that part of their lives, great vid
I live here in Colorado,USA and happen to come across this here video of Pete and the family life and I couldn't agree more with the last comment made here. The reason for this that for those of us Love the game of Darts and take it seriously.... when most important.... and we all know that practice and preparation is where the making of dreams starts.... along with love and support... Since the game isn't televised or as I call it.. Marketed like it is in other countries, so knowledge of the sport is the sport is minimal in the US. Sorry for carrying on with my rant, but I'm sure that there are people I speak for when I often wonder about certain players....ya know.... Where they come from, what age did they start their passion for playing the game, and where the road has taken them from beginning to current...... I could go on but just wanted to say thank you to Peter for his time, and forward ahead in the crazy Covid times we live..... Bradley Tevis
I collect darts well PDC players darts and I’ve got almost all peters (apart from the 3 new sets his just brought out) I’ve got all prices darts , I’m just getting all targets players darts now and I’ve got a fantastic collection to say I only started playing , watching and collecting March 2020 when lockdown hit us , I’m gonna start competing after this COVID matter is over as I’m averaging 73+ consistently and I’m quite good 👍🏼 I’ll see you in the 2029 world championship final snakebite and I’ll be throwing ur pl15 darts haha
@J Scott : I put a lot of practice in to be able to throw decent averages mate and I reckon at my best say another 4-5yrs I should be throwing late 80’s early 90 averages , when I 1st started playing (my 1st ever time even holding a dart) I would hit the wall or miss big numbers and within a month I hit my 1st 180 , I’ve hit over 200 180’s now and I still take pics of them to this day 😂 I just picked it up pretty quickly and love the game now 😃
@J Scott : you’ll love it mate but make sure the darts you use suit ur grip and the weight is nice , I use Peter wrights pl15 in 22g but I can use between 21-24g and I prefare a tapered nose aswell

who ever shot this doesn't have a bloody clue. try using a wide angled lens maybe so we can actually see the location? probably shot on a bloody phone by the sound of the audio quality as well
It is really hard to understand him with the background music. This is the 2nd interview where it is like that. If possible, please tone down the background music a bit and improve the audio of the speaker.
Like I said before, if it hadn't been for Ray Reardon and John Pullman and John Spencer and the Hurricane, you would have been my very favourite snooker player....OMG I'M off to bed....
