You're counting your Mega hats wrong. When you have 2 blocks of 4 in the same 5 by 3 screen, it counts as 1, not 2. See 38:27. You get the 10th block of hats

I'm not sure why, in this day and age, they have casinos around that have 90% of the floor dedicated to the less than 20% of people who actually smoke.

I was at the Choctaw casino last night I just put $100 into a machine lost it all except for $3.75 so I threw it in the older version of huff and puff betting $.75 a spin I didn’t hit anything but I had $.15 left and took the wager saver hit it and got an amazing bonus I ended up cashing out of that bonus at $304. Really fun night!
