At&t has illegally locked my phone. I purchased my phone directly from Samsung 3 years ago. I had at&t service for more than 15 years and this is how they treat their customers. I never once missed a payment. I always owned my phone 100%. Never had installments on my phones and yet att locked phone for sixty days. They tried to blackmail me back to att plan with lots of enticements but i declined based on a principle. I have decided for now to never buy any att service including any tv, phone or internet. Unless att unlocks my phone, the sooner the better with an apology i will never consider att products again. I have been a loyal att customer for more than 25 years. Never again. This post is catching fire online, i will not stop posting my message until att rectifies their mistake. I have all the documents to prove that att is at fault. Thank u
