This is pretty cool. I kinda am the same way. I'm friends with my uncle's boss as contractors. In fact, I'm going to eat bar-b-que with him and his family(and hopefully my brother if he isn't working)this easter and my father snickered at the thought I could just "hang out" with this older man even though we share similar viewpoints and opinions. On paper, I don't have a job cause I can't be a contractor. Yet, I can take contracts under my uncle's name cause I'm better friends with the boss and he worked it out with the DoD and the DoS to make sure of that. It's kinda hilarious. Cause..I'm a nerd and I was awful at my previous..well.."job", but he told me he trusts me more cause I'm focused on the task more than the job. I also don't have to take any tools or weapons with me either which makes traveling with me way easier too. So, it's really nice to hear Polka is friends with her boss. Polka seems to be more mature when I watch her streams even though I don't understand her. She once was on a stream with Mio when Mio was doing her fortune telling or card telling(I don't want to be rude about what Mio does cause it's cool I just don't know what it actually is called). But, I noticed Polka was talking about her life like she was talking to therapist to Mio. Which Mio pointed out like, "I'm not a therapist." and was concerned. But I could tell Polka was just talking about stuff with no filter.
