Being there was a very unique experience in so many ways. An Adobe town with good food, and awesome tours. I will look up the tour agency I used in town if someone wants it. Ask for Pueblo's tours. He was one of the best all time tour guides I've ever had in 40 years of travel.

Hello! Thanks!! More than happy to know you liked it. This is one of my favorite walks so far too. Atacama desert it’s like another world in many ways. Next destination is Italy but first I have a new rain walk in Paraguay 🤩
Wow, the Atacama Desert looks absolutely stunning! The geysers, salt flats, and Valle de la Luna are all incredibly breathtaking. I would love to visit this incredible destination someday. Thanks for sharing this amazing video!
13:45 Southern California has the same situation with flowers out in the desert of Death Valley. Total dry desolation for months on end, then all of a sudden there is rain and beautiful multicolored landscapes of brilliant flowers from horizon to horizon. Especially the California poppy. It happens in Death Valley about once a decade and in Atacama about once a century. There are also salt pebbles in Atacama that if translucent have tenuous traces of algae growing deep inside. Such plants are called halophytes. 22:37 Old volcano in this video in the middle of the picture, way out in the desert.
Hard to say. I spend two months in each cityI like during the year. Usually Rio, Madrid, Nee York, Bangkok, Buenos Aires and Zurich. I was born in Argentina.
