Bridge is not built with government budget so only those who need to use it will pay for it. If it costs too much don’t use. Do you expect plane tickets to cost same as passenger train?
The Guarantor is 'Government of India' because JICA, the Japanese company which gave the loan for this project, was reluctant to give it directly to the state gov of MH.

@@anantakale4016 RBI is under ownership of Ministry of Finance, GOI. It has those 'reserves' (currently $623b) which is known by everyone including foreign creditors like JICA. The best example of self-dependent project funding in India is of Mumbai's Coastal Road project by BMC, no loan as of now. A part of the revenue of BMC is allocated to this project via the annual budgets of BMC. Mumbai's development by Mumbai's money.
This shows that even though it is not your development work, the work is going on to rob people's pockets. Don't talk about development for no reason. Don't make people crazy in the name of development.
