I have a printing problem, my moc 3003 machine starts to print, it prints and at the end of the printing it locks the paper and appears on the screen (the paper feed j020 fails) what can I do to solve this problem? I from brazil.

@@MrRicoh Si, pero realmente fue algo caótico, desarme varios sensores, limpie puertos, desmonte muchas piezas, realineé los "cabezales", regrese a ajustes de fábrica, de entre tantas cosas, realmente no podría afirmarte que fue lo que ayudo, creo que quizá fue el conjunto de acciones que se realizaron, fue algo así como un mantenimiento preventivo, de antemano te agradezco la rapidez con la que oportunamente me respondiste.

I wish you were my subscriber on YT. But I'll tell you how to fix the problem. Original jam code 054 is a trail edge jam at the skew correction sensor. Lift the top cover of the ADF. There are two sensors in the top cover and two wells with felt pads below them. One is the skew correction sensor. I usually blow the dust off both of them felt pads anytime I have jamming on these. I had one customer in a high dust area an hours drive away that I had to show how to clean them otherwise I was out there about every 1 1/2 weeks.
