Yep, same here. You've got San's angelic high note, Mingi and Hongjoong slaying the rap and then Yeosang summoning demons with his deeper than Hades voice 😂

I love outlaw but especially because (warning tmi territory) outlaw is how it feels to be on your cycle like the lyrics is just that mood we end up in once a month

And then his performance video hits you with the power and artistry in a different way. Vex, you should check them out too! ☺️

@amandaqueww199 same! I had listened to all the other songs first, bc I didn't listen to them in track order but in order of my preference based on the previews. I didn't think as much of it from the preview, so when I listened to it last, I was 🤯. Immediately became my favourite. Hands down. A masterpiece for sure. The instrumentals was sick. And every member was given the best parts to make them shine individually, especially HJ w the crazy fast rap, YS with his low tone, San's falsetto, Yunho's honey vocals, Mingi's swag, Seonghwa's & Wooyoung's hypnotic voice and harmony, Jongho our rock god vocals Jongho! Thank you producer-nim for flaunting tt aspect of his vocals. I am always here for it. I know Wake Up is the least favourited amongst Atinys and I can understand why. It is not your average kpop banger. It is for the elites 😅🤣

it's not that hard bcos even my grandpa knows that San is the second-best vocalist in Ateez. The fact that San is the second-best vocalist is as obvious as the fact that Jongho is the best vocalist but still, you come here to talk about finding who's the second-best vocalist but you don't even mention San's name??? I swear San doesn't need to have haters from other fandoms. He already has enough haters in his own fandom -__-

@@Mrs.FezziwigIt’s not unfair. This fandom has been absolutely HORRIBLE to San for years and constantly disrespect his lead vocalist position. He’s the only member of the group who has that title, and the reason is because OBJECTIVELY, not subjectively, he has the best vocal technique after Jongho. There’s no arguing that.

It’s not “hard to pick.” It’s Choi San. Otf8kes are jealous that people outside the fandom mistake him for being the main dancer and they especially don’t want people to hone in on his singing ability because he sings circles around 6/7 members of that group. He’s not utilized enough as the lead vocalist until they sing cover songs so that’s why it’s easy for people like you to make false statements like this.

Even if it wasn't his intention, asking who's the second-best vocalist without even mentioning who's the group's lead vocalist is still pretty frustrating for San fans. His position in ateez is constantly called into question by this fandom. So you can easily understand why this comment bothers us. Every time we praise San's dancing skills, you never fail to remind us that he's not the group's mean dancer. Either positions are important to you, or they're not. But be consistent.
