Same, I remember I saw a video of jongho singing it, but then I saw a vid of seonghwa doing it, and I was like WAIT THIS SOUND WAS FROM AN ATEEZ SONG???
1:03 as someone who is trying to learn how to sing, I am broken by the fact that jongho can go up almost an entire octave in a split second. Also I'm pretty much convinced that he is using pure chest voice, and boi do I struggle to get to that note in falsetto.
I think it's actually his mixed voice. He briefly explained in an interview how he sang his high notes and from what I could unerstand from that, his mixed voice sounds like this. Idk for sure though
@@ruzi412 i don't think it's about recognizing voices, i think it's because atinys are so used to jongho doing all those notes so they just automatically assume it's him
@@ruzi412 honestly, I was soo used to Jongho having the high notes that i didn't know Hwa did them until like a month or two ago when I saw them perform it and then saw Hwa doing the high note and I was like "holy shit wait he does the high notes?"
exactly i was looking for this comment... dude the line distribution for vocals is so uneven... like its mostly jong ho n san the other vocalists aint even gettin lines n wooyoung jus has a same line repeating... the main part one
3:36 imagine singing this with ateez live when they get really famous. We'd be waving our lightsticks and cherishing every moment in their concert . Best feeling ever.
Okay atinys help me out. In the vlive before the comeback hongjoong told us to listen to the songs in order because they tell a story and utopia is before illusion. One thing I noticed in the lyrics of this song at 1:33 they say “the treasure hidden in the clouds its not a dream but a place for us.” And I find this intriguing because illusion, the next song in the story takes place in the clouds, and based off the lyrics it seems like ateez is dreaming. Idk I just found this interesting. Does anyone have any theories?
AteezStanz I’m pretty late I know, but you can also find the meaning in the title. an “Utopia” is an ideal, most of the time just theoretical and unattainable. it can also refer to an “Illusion”. They can’t reach the utopia, as it is unattainable, so they keep dreaming in the illusion of the utopia. I don’t know if it really make sense actually...also I’m sorry if I made some mistakes, English is not my first language :( I hope I helped a little bit!
Late but eh, you guys still remember the Hala Hala theory right? Apparently Halateez are the evil ones and Ateez are the good guys. The reason Utopia was put before Illusion because the destination itself was an illusion. Ateez were distracted by the illusion thinking they found the treasure but instead Halateez were the first ones to find the treasure. Action to Answer is Ateez’s revenge towards Halateez.
Jongho's or Seonghwa's (I'm not sure ) note at 1:08 blessed my ears😍😭🎧 Edit: tysm fellow atinys this is the most likes I've ever gotten but it's all for Ateez💜💜
ateez is such a Talented group . They have visuals good presence , their vocals are gold and they dance really well . I also love the voice of their members they have such a unique voice I'm in love < 3
ikrr the meaning is go for your dreams no matter what don't stop that's why We can reach there utopia 1:40 1:56 2:39 and this Lyrics is Meaningfull and relatable
They all did amazing but Yunho’s part was what got me shook, it’s amazing how he started high but low at the second verse 😍😍😍 maybe because he’s one of my biases 😂🤷🏾♀️
I have already said this but truely Yeosang vocals at 3:28 are amazing. GET THOSE LINES HONEY!!! Edit: Yes I now know that its Seonghwa, I just got excited okay
It’s the last 4 minutes of my birthday and I’ve decided to listen to this because it brings me so much joy and happiness so thank you so much ateez for making my birthday better
i don’t know why san’s voice carries some emotion that makes u wanna cry even if it is not sad song i just got those feelings of hearing him, like u don’t know him but it’s like he has some sadness that he is holding in him in way that it’s okay to have that
Coming back to listen to this masterpiece after ATEEZ's 1st win, "It's a dream, but the truth is I can't stop even if everyone laughs at it..." please tell me I'm not the only one tearing up 😭😭 We did it ATINY, we've touched Utopia!! This is only the beginning!
Hang on.. Can we talk about the fact that it displays Jongho singing those high pitched tunes, while it's actually Seonghwa? If u watch the live versions, Seonghwa sings it
This song is so amazing that it makes me cry. Especially the ending. It sounds so heartbreaking to me for some reason. Love ateez's all songs, they're so special.
I literally love ATEEZ with my whole heart. Like, I genuinely love them so much- it's actually unhealthy. They own me, I swear-- their vocals, rap, choreography, visuals, charisma, personalities- I love it all. They're so perfect it's overwhelming. They deserve everything. Beautiful human beings.
"It´s a dream but the truth is I can´t stop even if everyone laughs at it". It seems like they are talking to that journey of being a rookie group and overcome the struggles I hope they will reach the top because they deserve. FIGHTING !!!
Wow, that maknae Jung Ho's range is amazing. I really love how he hits the high notes too. Another maknae that is not only talented in singing but is also very strong physically.
im so proud that this song has gone viral even if it took 3 years. that feeling when you've been listening to an underrated song for so long and finally watch it become more recognised
It's the first time I see and hear about this group but I am honestly speechless like wow their voices are great I really like them all but the voice of the boy Jong Ho is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
I really had no intention of even stanning this group but, after hearing their songs. I changed my mind and now, i'm so happy and joyful because of how talented they are they are worth stanning.💜😍
I am an exo-l and came to check this song out after hearing it in a short. This is my first song from ateez and it is actually such a bop. All of their vocals are really nice.
