Low perhaps, but concidering how much he works out and moves around, it's not weird that he has a low blood pressure in a relaxing state. But what do I know about some basic blood pressure? I'm just a hypertension nurse 🫠

Idk if different countries count high blood pressure differently, but here in Sweden high blood pressure is 220 and up (Of course, taking into consideration what they normally have, but still) But still, doesn't really make sense that different countries would count high blood pressure differently..? 126 isn't really that high. Especially considering your minimum should be 111

@@MiniMoa1926 220??!! 😱😱 omg just by hearing that number i feel like i'm about to have stroke! Well i think you're talking about the REAL high blood pressure there. In my case and probably the nurse here--we talk about what's beyond normal. We said 126 is high just coz it's higher than what's considered normal, which is 120. At my early pregnancy mine was 120 and the nurse already looked concerned and worried and said it was high. I'm asian too btw. So maybe it's considered high for supposedly young and healthy people like ateez

@@deedee1593 Actually, I phrased myself quite wrong, at the hospital here in Sweden we have something called "NEWS scale" and "NEWS points" On that scale it say that blood pressure between 111-219 is 0 points (0 points="Good") But high blood pressure would be 140 and up, my bad 😅
