hongjoong's charisma here is INSANE he's incredible

to those who don't know: if you watch code name is ateez (mnet reality show which prepares them for debut), top korean choreographers (i only know lia kim and i think pd101's bae yoon jeong too) watched and gave opinions on their 1st performance vid which reached million views and assigned them their 1st mission. and that is to create a new choreo for their chosen song's second verse within 24 hours and to perform infront of them the next day. they chose growl (based on the majority of the members' choices) and assigned parts each 'coz of limited time. if i remember clearly, san & seonghwa were the ones to distribute parts and formations, wooyoung, yeosang, jongho (?) were the ones who already knew the original choreo, reviewed and taught the members, while yunho & mingi created the 2nd verse's choreo and this is the result. impressive for a group who hasn't debuted + it was only made in 24 hours so no sleep at all! code name is ateez is a fun & entertaining show, if you still haven't watched it..you should! you will learn more of the members' personalities : )

I am an EXO-L. I am an ATEEZ. I was initially only devoted to EXO but after coming across ATEEZ, damn these boys, they are monster in their own league. The attitude, the precision, the facial expression, the stage presence, THEY OWN IT. Growl is a very difficult to cover because it can either showcase your skills or eat you up but they didn't. Throughout the video, I was so focused on giving attention to each member and not the fact that this is a cover. I equally love both and I think I will never stan other groups other than these two.
