The fact that they can all be vocals... That's insane... And the fact that JongHo can be also rapper and SeongHwa is also a rapper... That's also insane... And they're voices... ☠️☠️☠️☠️ OH MY GOSH
Honestly they all have nice voices, one of the reasons why I decided to stan them. I wish one day they will mix their role for the songs, like let yeosang/yunho/wooyoung do the high notes instead of jongho. Jongho did say he always want to try low notes for their songs
I love hearing every member including the rappers sing in this group! I am so thankful to my little sister for making me stan Ateez in 2019. 8 MAKES ONE TEAM, ATEEZ FOREVER!!
I hope they give San more opportunity to showcase his singing vocals, I think he is at par with Jongho, but of course people are more heavily invested on his dance skills. Whenever San sings his part of the song I wish he has longer lines to sing😢.
Nah, Jongho’s level is way too high. He has better technique, support and range, overall singing skills and experience. I assume he had some opera training or something like that. San is good too for his position)
@@Flowerandbutterflies I agree with u, for the simple fact that I have no idea on whats JH and San singing background, whats their individual training was like, are they like that even before become idols? but one thing is for sure JH as you said is way too high level because he was exposed to such singing and San is not, what I am trying to point is they should also explore San’s singing talent because he has so much potential if given the same training and exposure he has a high tendency to be on par with JH.
Adam must make more creative arrangements, like Djungo, with a relatively fair distribution. Yeoosang obviously has the deepest and mellowest tone, but he sings the least. As a result, many people are unfamiliar with his voice. In Djungo, his voice is considered SW. Like the beginning of the song, it can only be identified from the English pronunciation. As for San, as the lead singer, except for Deja Vu, who plays the high-pitched chorus throughout, the rest are all sung by the maknae. He should take turns singing the high-pitched songs so that it feels fresh and fair. Adam is too focused on the leader, Mingi, and youngest, Yeosang must sing more, Halazia’s bass is amazing, and Django’s high notes are awesome.
it’s a shame you can’t really do yunho justice with his clip. i get that he hasn’t had the opportunity to do many covers but idk. his clip is live unlike everyone else’s and he can definitely sing better than that. i wish they give him the chance to cover something soon.
It’s sad that Yunho hasn’t released a solo song. I am interested to know why. Is it because he doesn’t want to or another reason. I guess we will see what the future brings.
I don't think the title was referring to the literal range in terms of pitch - I'm assuming it means that these examples show the members singing in styles that we don't usually hear from them, and show that they're more vocally skilled and flexible than most people are aware of. We rarely hear Hongjoong and Mingi sing at all, for obvious reasons, and I don't think I've _ever_ heard Hongjoong sing like he does here! Yeosang and Wooyoung we don't get to hear enough of in general, let alone singing as powerfully and with as rich a tone as they do in these clips. Yunho rarely gets to sing as high as he does here, because all three main/lead vocalists are very capable in that upper range and are more likely to get those parts. San and Seonghwa usually get to sing, but still play second fiddle to Jongho, which means that they're usually singing isolated lines, or harmonising/adlibing. They don't often get a chance to really get stuck into a song like they do here. And Jongho is known for his belting, whereas this shows how softly and sweetly he's capable of singing. As a group, Ateez has a _very_ varied range of voices, in terms of both range and timbre, and a number of members are capable of singing in different styles.
