The cop asks about being stopped in Philly with one of the guns. Sounds to me like they are running down leads about something else but they are using this rule to see the guns. This is how it begins. In the 70's I had a couple friends from Czech., they told me how after WWII there were a lot of guns that had been acquired by people after the war.(From armies marching through their country, a lot of weapons were discarded or lost.) They said that the Soviet Union sent out "registration cards" where you were asked if you had any weapons and information about them. No big deal. Then after a while 3 NKV policemen showed up in a car and 2 went to the front door and one to the back. They then asked to see the weapons and if you said you didn't have them they asked where they were and sent one of them to go investigate your story while 2 of them stayed at your house. Did you notice that there were 3 law officers at this person's house? This is how it begins.
Very interesting About 20 years ago,my Dad (WW2 VET) said, about 2-3 years after the war,it seemed that what the allies were fighting against in Europe and the whole nazi/fascist monster, found its way into U.S. soil and wormed its way into almost every government agency here. It's a growing monster that must be stopped. If we lose America, the "elite" and their evil plan to control the world with the power and weapons they want to take from We the People will be gone God first America second
What you just described is EXACTLY what the Nazis did the in the 1930’s. First they said they just wanted the weapons registered, once they knew the addresses they’d eventually just not renew your gun permit and confiscate all guns. History is repeating…
They're gonna knock on the wrong door one day, and it's gonna kick off like a powder keg next to a bonfire And if the rest of us don't rise up when that event happens, then we don't deserve our freedom Sometimes I question it now, with how much we just let them walk all over us

It’s the criminals with guns that are the problem. And our own government these days. Missing guns from lawful owners? These feds need to hit the streets, they will find all the guns they want and don’t want to find. Trust me. Shameful.
Law abiding citizens are the ones doing these mass shootings. Now I get what you meant. They should go to the more urban areas (Ghetto) and go door to door. Couldn't Agree more with you because that's where the senseless shootings and the majority of the crimes accure. Mostly young people and Gangs.

Can't I as a private citizen also be gathering information as well? I am extremely interested in that ream of papers that agent is carrying which seems like a firearm registry to me. Which would be in violation of Delaware state law Del. @DrJ C Actually, it looked a lot like these guys would rather be doing anything else but going door to door checking inventory like a salesman. They are probably thinking, "This is NOT what I signed up for." As a nurse, I have to do a LOT of stupid things and ask a LOT of stupid question at my hospital, too. None of us want to do it, but, protocols come down from the Director of Nurses, which come down from Hospital Administration, etc. Just like in the military, you just salute and say, "Yes, sir!" and try to carry out your orders to the best of your abilities. I think blaming the Agents in the field for orders they receive from Washington is silly. Just my two cents.
Don't give them excuses. If they really believed in our rights they would all stand against it instead of letting it happen. Given they decided to not only allow this but they also participate in it willingly. Most of the wealthy and/or anyone living in certain areas never see what actually happens in most areas where firearms are bought to protect the home and anyone in danger. Which most wealthy people live in secure and/or gated communities with priority police presence and response. Sine even have personal security if they are important enough. So it's easy to see why they are fooled into believing nobody needs a firearm to defend themselves if necessary given their uneducated views and lack of experience with them. Most who fear something just want it to go away. Doesn't matter if the fear originates from lack of existence and education or more possibly the fear of those capable of defending themselves from enemies foreign and domestic. We are ther biggest armed militia the world has ever seen if any government including our own decided to try and dictate/takeover or detain would be very costly if not very unwise. Anybody who contests the natural right to defend themselves should be at question themselves. Every bully loves a weak and helpless victim.
@@CharlesMartel676 I mean if I looked outside and saw this happening at my neighbor's house I would assume they were a drug dealer or serious criminal. It's beyond ridiculous.
Never talk to the police or federal agents. If they come to your door pretend to not be home. These people are not your friends and nothing good will ever come from speaking to them. They are the enemy and should be viewed as such. If they were on your side they wouldn't be standing at your door requesting to "look" at your firearm's.
A man told me, “It’s easy to take something from people when they don’t know it belongs to them”. This can translate to tangible or non-tangible things, like rights. You don’t have to be ugly or a prick, just say you guys are over reaching here. This is not something I have to comply with. I have nothing to hide but I do value my rights.
you know I wish more people knew it. Had a family member the other day, speaking about musk and twitter, tell me "he wants to allow people to just say anything they want on twitter!" like thats some evil thing. I swear, people in the U.S., are SO arrogant and spoiled when it comes to their freedoms that they openly mock their own rights and TAUNT people to take them away. its bizarre.I mean, even this video..them putting you through the stress of having to answer the door and be held accountable for something you did LEGALLY is stress inducing and is flexing your rights. If what they're doing is "not so bad" then why are they apologetic and trying to con this guy?
These ATF agents do not have any constitutional or legal right to even come to your door must less try to take something from you! These guys are really getting blatant I would start being worried about them being shot by the people that they go to. This whole action is completely illegal and unconstitutional and no American citizen should even answer the door to these people. They are not police officers, they do not have the authority to do this!
This cannot happen. Step 1: “no, get a warrant”. Step 2: “get off my property and don’t come back”. Step 3: lock the door and stop listening. Step 4: file complaint with video.
Imagine you live in California, and after your address was leaked. Now anyone with a vest and gun can say they from the “ATF” and knock on your door to “inspect” your guns. This is dangerous!
So let me get this straight the ATF can show up at your door if you legally buy 2 firearms or rifle and question you on your gun purchasing and use Scare tactics so you give away your property. That's so stupid and a waste of tax dollars.
These agents were smart enough to approach this gun check in a passive manner-because they're smart enough to know these gun checks are going to lead to violent responses from otherwise law-abidiing citizens, which is what they claim they're trying to avoid. Too bad these agents weren't possessing enough moral courage to refuse and stand up for what's right.
They should be smart enough to realize they're actually violating Delaware state law. That agent just having those papers in his hand is illegal! Delaware has a law against firearm registration. It's called Del. Code Ann tit. 24, § 904A(c) So it's a pretty brazen move on the ATF's part to even be operating like they are in Delaware. The state does have jails after all.
@@ASR84922 Shall NOT be infringed. Well regulated = Well trained. The MILITIA, ie citizens not in the army, was heavily depended upon since the Continental Army was too small. Why would the founding fathers mean “gun control laws” for “regulated” then ending with a “will not be fucked with” via “shall not be infringed”.
@@joeaardvark9214 we have the right to bear arms....primarily to overthrow a tyrannical government....I know we are a little late, should have already happened.
@@joeaardvark9214 There IS a tipping point you know, and it is smack dab in the middle of the government taking away your only means of defending yourself from them.
