Law enforcement shouldn't be the reason for this. There is nothing understandable about this. If we can't own them then LE shouldn't be able to use any pyrotechnic devices either
Use against Law Enforcement doesn't make the decision justified, we're simply stating what they are claiming, and expressing that we see what they are attempting to say about safety concerns. We are not saying we agree with this decision.
@@dylanloomis6197 The president you vote for appoints the ATF Director. In this case, if you voted for Biden, he appointed Dettlebach. So yes, you essentially did vote for the ATF Director.
The camels nose is in the tent. Soon they will restrict military looking gear, camouflage, ect. And eventually they will look to ban airsoft all together because its "paramilitary" training. The statists who run the govt are afraid of you.
Well when certain states are making it illegal to train milsim scenarios it’s not surprising that they want to take away the tools that you use to train. Act accordingly
This is especially frustrating because criminals will just make their own explosives, which will be way more dangerous, while airsoft players will just be taken advantage of.
ATF should be a 3 in one store not an agency. If they really want to make a agency for gun related issues make one solely for that. The ATF has no damn clue what they are doing. They probably couldn’t tell the difference between a 9mm and .50 BMG
Yeah I don't get this. They can't take away certain guns so now they go after whatever they think they can take. Now if I'm lost I won't have my smoke granades to signal the helicopter. Carry the rope pull ones in case I don't have a lighter or fire starter
So what about this new year will god let us peasants lightfire works 😂 atf needs to go this country needs its people to realize that the government is not here for you. Its here for your soul.
Personally I really glad you are brave to come out in support of the ATF. as we all know, the government is trustworthy and wouldn't do anything against the interest of the American people. Keep up the pro ATF and big government content 👍
Thanks so much! you can actually grab your very own "Sponsored by ATF" shirt at our merch store. Use Promo Code: MYBLASTER to get 10% off at checkout. 😎
funny thing about the "public safety hazard" is you can buy mortar fireworks at any firework shop and do as mich if not more damage with those than the airsoft grenades.
IWA International are still completely Legal, for sale AND available. including the M12 M13 and Multibang. Without the $200 tax stamp, its not just a "permit".
Thanks so much for the info! We're still compiling some information, but we plan to release an update video soon where we readdress the laws and regulations, and provide a list of products still available for sale.
Understandable does not equal justified. We're just saying we comprehend what the ATF is saying, and why they feel the need to do this. We don't agree with it, and we don't think it's justified. That's why we are reporting it, so that everyone is aware of it. We'll be releasing a follow up video soon with updates on the situation.
Its always the people who do nefarious things that mess it up for the people who just want to have fun. I know the fires are random acts and not malicious in any way but the people using then against law enforcement should be punished. Not stores and airsoft players. The mil sim community I feel will be hurt the most by this.
No it’s because of the Biden administration’s tyrannical ATF. These guys kinda take it up the ass and don’t understand the rights that we the people are going to take back.
It's so true that the airsoft community is not malicious in any way. Even just this week, we saw a Jet Desert Fox video showing some airsofters stopping a fire.
Right now we aren't sure what avenues there are to petition for a change. We will release a follow up video as soon as we know more. In the meantime, we recommend spreading the news and helping more people know about this decision
Alcohol, tobacco, firearms , nothing about pyrotechnics anyone working for ATF is the most unamerican job you could have regulating and enforcing ironicly enough alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are as American as apple pie
IWA and Enola Gaye have both came out and said that they're products are still exempted and that they are working closely with legal authorities trying to resolve the issue. IMO, this ban was made due to the fact that people outside the airsoft community "miss use" these pyro grenades which can have some consequences
Airsoft grenades are not even dangerous. They make a loud bang and send bbs out and that’s it. The atf is so stupid and they can’t even leave airsoft alone. It makes no sense to ban these things. I hope that ban doesn’t go through because it’s just useless. Absolutely zero justification for this.
They can be very disorienting if used in the right circumstances, but you're right. This isn't a justified decision from the ATF, and they are in no position to do so.
All legislative power in the government is vested in Congress, meaning that it is the only part of the government that can make new laws or change existing laws. Executive Branch agencies issue regulations with the full force of law, but these are only under the authority of laws enacted by Congress.@@PortCityAirsoft

I cannot subscribe due to you justifying this. You kids will understand more about whats going on from a civics class. A few commenters get it. Good luck with your channel.
Can you give me a time stamp where they are justifying it? Totally missing why you're so aggro over their reporting. Their content is consistently informative, fun, and never pro government.
