Believe it or not, let every prejudice aside, Dr.Shah Faisal is first person from j&k who has laid the foundation for the mission at UPSC, CSE. We were terribly backword till 2008-2009 that we knew nothing about the civil services. He can be called as the torch bearer of the UPSC in j&k.
Kulgam itself is a small country...there are plain areas.hills...rivers ..streams...different climates...tourist destination..forest area...paddy fields...maize fields..apples...i mean everything..
I am from Srinagar, and i explored Kulgam from last 06 months. The areas which needs development in Kulgam district for the better quality of life are: 1. Transport system. 2. Electricity. 3. Garbage collection. 4. Healthcare facilities - Experienced and designated staff like Doctors, nurses and technicians in hospitals. 5. Shopping complexs. 6. Road redevelopment | widening. 7. Promoting entrepreneurship which will create job opportunities for people of Kulgam. 8. Playgrounds for kids and Adults. Thankyou!
I am also from kulgam & I must say thanks to you brother if our district gets more developed then there should be nothing to criticize on. We all belong to the same region, same planet & to serve it should be among our priorities.
Most polluted are..srinagar Most diseased area..srinagar Electricity problem..srinagar Traffic problem...srinagar Noise pollution ..srinagar Contaminated water...srinagar ONLY education facility and health care facility is good par from rest valley
u have done great job sir but u missed two main problems first srinagar is dusty city u did nothing for that second dal lake is turned into sewage lake
