Sean, had a near death experience after accidentally severing an artery in his arm on June 11, 2020. After momentarily seeing his body lying below, he found himself rocketing toward The Light. He felt and saw incredible things that he shares in this podcast. Additionally he saw that key experiences in his life were inevitable but the paths he chose to get to those experiences were not. Prior to his NDE Sean was materialistic and highly-repressed emotionally. He describes that he was an atheist or at least a near-atheist. His life has taken a significant and almost unrecognizable 180-degree turn since his NDE. Sean is the father of two lovely girls. He is a crane-operator instructor as well as a former onsite paramedic.

Hey Sean! It was wonderful listening to your nde ❤ the only question I have is most ndes include Jesus but always say they felt no judgment? In the bible it talks about hell alot and iv lived in fear an condemnation my whole life thinking I could go to hell for all the mistakes iv made including abortion 😢 so Is there any insight on what you think about the bible and do you believe men wrote things down that weren't true to scare people? I sure hope so cause I'm terrified 😞

@@JesussavedmeI would highly recommend you watch the videos by Nanci Danison (or read her books) for a complete answer to that question. In short, there is no hell and there is no judgement. Just be yourself.

@@Jesussavedme I wrote out a reply but it's not here anymore for some reason. I have a similar story to yours. I had an abortion and was trapped in a depression petrified of going to hell. I laid face down praying for forgiveness. I'm sure you've asked as well. God isn't a liar, Satan is. He forgives you so you need to forgive yourself. After doing this and trusting God to take care of us like he does the birds of the air ...life got beautiful. The peace and happiness that is beyond understanding that the Bible talks about is real. I went from pill addiction and suicidal thoughts to waking up with a smile on my face so grateful for everything. I've done so much research on Hell and I believe it's talking about if you are separated from source you are in a low vibration " hell". That's why he talks about having faith the size of a mustard seed. If you find yourself ever in the dark having that connection will bring you out. Even the few NDE's I've researched where they go to a " hell" first. They always put themselves there. As soon as they thought of God they were taken up to heaven to go over their review and came back to share the nde. It's not a place God invented to put people in. It's the natural low vibration state where anger jealousy judgement live that exists when you don't have a relationship with him. Just like on earth our thoughts shape our reality. So the short answer is hell is the separation from God that you put yourself in by not seeking him. Your heart is full of love from him and asking for forgiveness so you need to believe he has forgiven you. Once I put my trust in him and starting talking to him working on our relationship....life got beautiful. You don't have to be terrified anymore beautiful. Set that weight down. If you need to talk I'm here. Love you ❤️

I haven't had an NDE, but my grandfather did. When I was a 27-year-old (that was 1977, I'll be 75 this year), I felt a calling to get myself right with God and answered the call. My grandfather, who was about the age I am now, learned of my "conversion" experience and wrote me a letter telling me something I had never heard from him before. In the letter he wrote, he told me he approved of the direction I was taking with my life and why. It turned out, when he was 13 years old and part of a large family living on a farm property, he contracted a deadly fever. His family had the doctor come to his bedside and the doctor told them there was nothing he could do and that they should prepare themselves in the event he did not recover. My grandfather was lying on his bed and he said he suddenly shot up and out of his body. He could momentarily see his deceased body below with his family crying over losing their son. Then he suddenly shot up again, through the roof of their farm home and into a place he said he could not fully describe in his own words, but that it was peaceful and more beautiful than anything he had ever seen. He looked around and saw a bright light and it was speaking to him telepathically or as he said, "not in words that he could hear, but to his mind". He said he thought the light must have been the light of God, he felt loved and in perfect peace with this company. If I may use the term "God" going forward, my grandfather said God asked him if he liked what he saw. My grandfather said, "Yes, and I want to stay. I don't want to go back". God then told him that it wasn't his time to be there for eternity, that he must return and my grandfather felt himself instantly falling toward earth. He could see himself approaching the farm house and fell, without incidence, injury or pain, through the roof of his home and back into his body, instantly healed of the deadly fever to the astonishment and joyful surprise of his family. He said from that time forward he knew God is real, that eternity is a serious matter and he was willing to return when it was his time. At the age of 83, granddad had developed arterial problems and required a triple heart bypass. He went in for the surgery, all went well, then suddenly he died in recovery. The surgeon who performed the procedure told my mom he didn't understand why Granddad didn't make a full and complete recovery. He said all went perfectly surgically and all he could figure is that my Grandfather just didn't want to go on. Having known of my grandfather's experience, I felt like I knew what had transpired. He was ready to go home. It had been over 60 years since his NDE when my grandfather wrote that letter to me, it has been nearly another 50 years since I received it. For over a century that story has been told and now retold like it just happened yesterday. There's an element about experiencing the spiritual beyond that leaves an indelible impression that doesn't go away, just like time in eternity does not end in itself. I hope to see my grandfather again some day, at this point in life it will not be that long. I hope this story is of use to you in your exploration of what I believe is a true and eternal afterlife.

It may sound funny but I look forward to seeing my dog who was tragically killed in a horrible incident by another dog while in my brother's custody while I was moving to another city. I want to tell her I'm sorry for what happened but I believe that won't even be necessary in the next life as hopefully " old sorrows" will no longer be a factor in our eternal existence. I don’t do interviews, but I know the answer. I don’t know why she wouldn’t tell you this, but it’s usually because the person doesn’t want to be on camera. They want to give their testimony, but simply don’t want to be on film/be recognized. A lot of people are like that. For instance, my dad hated having his picture taken. I’m hoping that will change your mind. Everybody has a story… and when it’s an NDE, they are so fascinating. If you don’t like looking at the pictures… perhaps you could lie down and just close your eyes and imagine whatever you’re hearing! I do that a lot - especially with the Bible. Another thing about all the NDE’s online… We know that some of them are either purposely faked or something else happened. (I’m not saying anything against this man’s testimony, but they exist). I’m only 24 minutes in, so I haven’t formed any kind of opinion, yet. And there’s a part two to his experience. I have heard some that are way out there. They actually act strange and sound like they’re lying… (for instance, they’ll say something and then 48 minutes later, they will contradict what they said earlier ). And the “suspicious ones “ … they never has anything to do with Jesus Christ, Him dying on the cross, being saved by Grace, etc. They just seem empty… I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. One time on a podcast, a man told his NDE… and later admitted he was lying! Anyway, I hope my idea helps you to listen to more! God Bless 💜🕊️

My brother passed in September 2022. He sent me a message on my phone within days which was actually a picture of a beautiful meadow of where he was and it also had his date of birth under the picture. It was amazing.

I never saw my body from above. I was super loopy when I came back around, and I thought that there were so many people in my room because they were having a party (which is really loopy because I never go to parties, now or in the past). I told them they didn't have to stop dancing just because I was there. Then I crashed again. They revived me, but put me in a medically induced coma. Coming out of the coma was a whole other weird experience. But I won't inflict that on everyone here.

My spleen burst 7 years ago...I was bleeding out...my bp was 27/35 when I was loaded on a helicopter and flown to hospital 200 miles away...as we were flying the Holy Spirit told me that I needed to go back as my room in Heaven was not ready yet...it was so clear to me that I was going to recover and to rest in the knowledge that Jesus "had" me in his arms.

Yes! So glad to be, by God, thank God, so help me God, in that God has the only, it is so, that is, "amen," is the, "it is so," - of each true facet of the Spirit of truth and life, - God told, let there be light, in Genesis 1. God planted the tree of life, in Genesis 2. Ok, ok, "I get it," however, by inherent thankfulness, thank you for your consideration. This is a "natural language" historical *perspective - and not an establishment of a religion. Do I believe that by natural language historical perspective, that God of each Testament of "The Holy Bible," is Eternal, the Creator?, yes, I do believe God is the Creator by this natural language historical perspective. In the natural language, the "Voice" of God can be with the "steps" of God, however, God formed the cloud of God's Glory, and the cloud of God's Glory rested on the Ark of the Covenant in Biblical history in natural language, in the natural language texts of "The Old Testament." God's cloud of the Glory that God has, rested on the Mt. of Transfiguration in the natural language texts of "The New Testament." In Luke chapter 2, the Heavenly host of Angels, by God being Glorious, proclaimed Glory to God in the highest, in regard to, God beget the only begotten Son of God, the Son of man, the Messiah obviously synonymous to the Christ, Name thereof, Jesus of Nazareth, called rabbi, that is teacher. In that, He, Jesus of Nazareth held in earthly life to, "have no Gods before Me," in Exodus 20. And every Word from the mouth of God, ref Deut. 8:3, by being the bread of life, - Jesus of Nazareth rebuked the proverbial devil of influence, - this by having opposition to God in the heartstring's pretentious honey speech rhetoric. For some reason, - the invisible, magnetosphere a physical thing, - can have, to the slight electric field, a physical thing, - that surrounds the human body, of subliminal messages that had to have a human cognizant in knowing the humanness, - of the human being person, and the higher reasoning consciousness. So it is not unrealistic to realize, that an "external" unearned suffering source such as this, happened at some point in human history. By God, thank God, so help me God, in that God has the only, "it is so," amen, this is a natural language historical Biblical perspective that I personally believe. In that, the impartial "correct" just peacekeeping, for my "inner life," from God of, everlasting compassion, ref, by natural language historical Biblical perspective, Psalm 118 is framed by, thank the Lord for the Lord has everlasting devotion, or called, loving-kindness,- in that the natural language historical perspective, the goodness sake influence is from God. Good today of days, and by natural language historical perspective, not my establishment of religion, in that, the correct just peace, blessings, that my "agency" in my typed natural language cannot provide. 🕊🙏🎼🏕.

It is very hot here on the Gulf Coast. It was May. I got very hot. I was driving. The next thing I knew I woke up in a hospital bed! I had passed out at the wheel of my car! How I made it back home I do not know. Angels driving! My BP dropped. I nearly died. I am a Christian. But I did not go over the "event horizon".

I haven't had a near death experience, but , somehow , during a group meditation session 30 years ago at the Springwater center for meditative inquiry, I suddenly remembered that I knew my oldest son ( who is now 48) from "before" this life. Not, like from a specific past life, but , apparently, as a pure spirit ( outside of space and time?). And he seemed like what we are being told we ALL are: tremendously wise and loving... so much so that he seemed just as awesome as the angel that Theresa of Avila describes coming and piercing her heart with an arrow to open it to god's love! I.E. a "high in the hierarchy" angel! That memory or perception was so outside of any frame of reference I had, that I just put it away on a shelf . Until I came back to upstate NY where he lives and started trying to understand what this memory means. He is the one of my three sons that i've had the most trouble with... I keep thinking "how different my relationship with him might have been if I had known from the start that I already KNEW him! And remembered what an awesome spirit he was!"

Bruce Greyson,MD from UVA has studied NDEs for over 40 years. He has said that people who have NDEs say that what they often see is beyond words. Then,we ask them to describe it in words. Thinking about that makes me smile. Anyone interested in NDEs should read his book entitled "After". Dr Greyson has also been interviewed many times,many of which can be seen on RU-vid.

It's true. Time and space operate completely different. Everything is all at once, and you're seeing unfathomable dimensions, civilizations, religions, connections, truth, lies, good, evil, mathematical concepts and how they apply to nature, how everything is interconnected, all the ancient signs and symbols and how everything affects everything, like every butterfly effect to have ever happened not only to you, but to everyone you have ever met, fractal patterns, Fibonacci sequence, I ching, astrological signs, visions of what could be and what is, lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes of information, a glimpse into the macrocosm and microcosm.... There is no explaining that to most people because they don't wanna hear all that, and even if they did, I wouldn't have enough time to explain. My NDE was accompanied by a spinal trepanation that lasted over a week. Imagine a few minutes is enough of a NDE to not come back the same person with all the perspective gained.... Over a week can drive someone insane. It was definitely an experience I cherish most in life but I can't be the same and have not had a single friend since (2011)

This is the raw and honest expression of a heart drowning in pain It’s beautiful. You are an artist. I hurt for you, you’re not dong well. I can only imagine how much God hurts for you. And He has great plans for you. Don’t you know that He is closest to the brokenhearted and crushed in spirit? It sounds like you are a person who would understand His agony more than most. It sounds like you are the kind of person He would be able to confide in and rest in as a shelter from the agony the world gives to Him. He is utterly here for you. Even if it feels like nothing but darkness when you speak to Him. His heart was also one that felt this crushing desolation and abandonment. He isn’t finished with you. The more suffering a soul experiences, the more they are able to be a compassionate shelter for others, and the more capable they will be to contain deeper wellsprings of joy, in the next life...

I question: what do serial killers deal with? Nothing but love? 🤔 If we choose our hardships, who would choose to be graped and murdered? The stories are interesting, but leave a lot of unnerving questions… ????

Honestly this may not be what you want to hear, but we aren't our corruptive actions. Everyones soul is pure at heart and all interconnected with everyone else's soul and God. It's all one with eachother. Some people draw FAR away from God (E.g. pureness and love) and end up doing horrific things.

The problem with using NDEs as evidence of an afterlife is...as the title says, they are "near" death experiences. The man in the video is alive. We have no idea if an experience like this continues if a person truly dies.

The Bible does not give any explicit teaching on whether pets/animals have “souls” or whether pets/animals will be in heaven. However, we can use general biblical principles to develop some clarity on the subject. The Bible states that both man (Genesis 2:7) and animals (Genesis 1:30; 6:17; 7:15, 22) have the “breath of life”; that is, both man and animals are living beings. The primary difference between human beings and animals is that humanity is made in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27), while animals are not. Being made in the image and likeness of God means that human beings are like God in some ways; they are capable of spirituality; they have a mind, emotion, and will; and part of their being continues after death. If pets/animals do have a “soul” or immaterial aspect, it must therefore be of a different and lesser “quality.” This difference possibly means that pet/animal “souls” do not continue in existence after death.

You're describing the exact field I was in during emergency brain surgery for a subarachnoid hemorrhage. It's beautifu!! my grandmother was there, she told me she loved and missed me. We spoke for a few moments and she said it isn't your time yet. God still has things for you to do, you have to go back. I wasn't the nicest person before then but I have always had faith in God. I'm glad he found you and you invited him in. ❤

Made it! Love this interview. I just found your channel. I started on my path to discovering who we really are in 2015 in the midst of an abusive marriage among other things. During my last suicide attempt in 2017, I was in darkness in front of a door that shone light on the other side. I could see the light shining through the gaps in the door. Every time I grabbed for the door, I felt myself being gently pushed back. After much reflection I believe it was my higher self and/or my guides who were reminding me that I have this life to finish. I had young children who still needed me. That was my 4th and final suicide attempt. I know this life is the dream, and when this physical existence passes, we go back home, and come back here to learn and grow. When my youngest daughter was little, she would always come to me with the frustration that she always felt like she was dreaming in her waking life. She was very young when this began, at the age of 4. She has always been an old soul and wise beyond her years. She gave me the gift of sparking my interest that we are more than we seem, even beyond religion. Love to you all! ~Genevieve

Ok. So, he says he was a paramedic. But never told his wife to get something to use as a tourniquet (regardless of what 911 said) after seeing how much blood he was losing. Doesn’t know if his BP was 35/40 (not possible) or 40/ 35. Never got one unit of blood after bleeding out completely. All that is VERY BIZARRE to me as nurse

I have had experience in this matter at 7 years old , 18 and 54. This time he told me he would help me again but I had to help him as well. Here on earth. Sean's honesty shines through! He hinted at the reality that we are often being prepared to go higher in our understanding, to change our focus in life, that the apparent randomness of events and cultural changes are not really random, but purposeful. The cumulative affect of these individual experiences is like putting pieces of a puzzle together to gradually produce a new civilization with new values, new purpose. Sean mentioned "As above, so below." Maybe our collective purpose is to pattern this earthly world after the heavenly world experienced by NDE's.

I’ll just throw this out there… I had a similar experience years ago but it wasn’t a near death experience. Something happened to me when I was awake, walking up the stairs of my house and didn’t finish until I was sitting on my bed. I first started hearing something that turned into a full vision where I was still in my body but at the same time I was somewhere else. I’ve never done mushrooms or lsd but I was definitely experiencing what people describe. It was so unexpected and even traumatizing, in a good way, that I didn’t even acknowledge that it happened for a couple weeks after. It definitely changed my life and plotted my direction. It’s nice to see and hear people’s testimonies of supernatural experiences because I literally have no one to relate to. I just don’t know if I should just keep it to myself or I’m supposed to tell people. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Made it. Iam fascinated by these NDE. My husband passed in Feb with what started as a heart attack. 4 months in the hospital thru total organ failure, sepis, kidney failure, blood clots, surgeries, ulcers, transfusions, MRSA, the doctor told me a month in that he had died twice and revived twice. Intubated a couple of times. Told me less then 5% chance to survive. Two hospitals, two PT rehab hospitals. Home on palliative for three days before back in hospital for MRSA in spine. He saw light, I couldnt see. He saw flying cranes, in his room, told me his dead freind came to see him. Said his head was blown off. The man had shot himself in the head. He couldnt describe the lights. He said trying to figure them out. I get some positive feelings from watching these NDE's. I wish he could have told me more.

A fantastic interview! As is usually the case, the asides and en passants answer many questions I and others have about making concrete sense of these experiences. If I heard correctly, he said I could see without seeing, hear without hearing, understand without knowing the words! All of those acts would require the presence of the sensors in the body that collect information that feeds our perceptual and cognitive system. Without physicality, that information would not be present. But the brain continues to process the electromechanical "thoughts" of other sources (entities). This answers many longheld conundra created by the science/spiritual conflict. Wow; just wow. Thank you again for your work.

Thank you for your story. I can tell you what happened with 911. I used to work as a 911 dispatcher for a major city. Just because someone lives close to a firehouse means nothing. They were either out on another call or out of service (broke down). On a busy Friday night, it is not unusual for entire sections of the city to be without a medic unit. Unfortunately, many cities do not have enough units (both fire and medic) due to budget cuts. When a medic unit is out, the next closest medic unit is dispatched. Obviously, it will take longer to get on location.

I had a conversation with a lady who had been hospitalized but had spent quite a bit of time in NDE. That for me was very interesting since I have read books and seen these videos about these events but had never met anyone who had these experiences. She wasn’t aware she had the experience until I asked her if she had an experience and would she mind telling me about it. She did and it wasn’t quite what I was expecting.

Just befor my daughter has a NDE I was listening to a man who had a NDE anf he was in the same library the way he described it was just like you did. Some time zfter my daughter had her NDEand she was in the same library so that's amazing. My daughter was in a coma in the hospital and I was the only one with her when God had her wake up. I was actually surprised as she felt great after that experience. Thanks for putting your experience for all to see!

@BeyondwithHeatherTesch, At the 26:48 minute mark, I had to pause because, although the meadow was difficult to explain into human words, the word that came to mind for me was, Intrinsic, which means, "of or relating to the essential nature of a thing; inherent." I find it beautifully fascinating that many have described the connection the soul has to its natural surroundings while transported to that heavenly place. The intrinsic connection to everything is amazing... "Made it" !!!

It’s refreshing to know as an atheist he didn’t experience Hell. I mean I love God/the Lord Jesus and I will be in heaven with him all the while I know I have to work on my bad habits/ sin because it affects the decisions I make kinda like the books 📖 and library he is describing. EVERYTHING we do is being recorded and has outcome or consequences rite? So I appreciate this NDE , they are all unique. ❤thank you

Trust me you need to find Jesus before you make that last trip to the other side. read your bible, start in the new testament, red letters are Jesus for a reason. Don't kid yourself, it can and will get very ugly on the other side without him. Loved your story hope to see you in heaven.

John - I know exactly where you're coming from but I have had questions about this since I was a little girl and I'm 60 now. Mainly about how if this belief is true, it would seem extremely unjust for so many. I was born into a Christian home but what about people who were born to parents who were very atheistic? If their child dies at 20 after being indoctrinated against belief in God all his life, how is that fair? God allowed him to be born into that family, and if God is all-knowing, why would He allow this and then condemn that person forever? Or what about people in cultures who hear almost nothing about Jesus, or people born before Jesus into those cultures? Or what about all the Jews killed in the Holocaust? If some had lived longer they may have become Christian. Or not. In some cases, they may have been betrayed by Christian neighbors. (I know others were protected by neighbors.) I absolutely believe in Jesus, but I'm not sure I trust humans not to have messed with some of the books in the Bible. Also, there are young children around the world who independently start talking about being an adult in another life. Others remember being in heaven before birth. So many of my fellow Christians ascribe any phenomena that doesn't conform to their theology as deception from Satan. But why would God allow young children to be instruments of Satan? That doesn't make me feel like God really loves humans.

Then why all these NDE's, from every walk of life, where EVERYONE comes back with the knowing of being surrounded by love & light. We're not talking 10 or 12 people. We're talking millions of people. And the excuse that Satan is deceiving these people, leaves me thinking maybe Satan is deceiving Christians, because they don't have the faith Jesus spoke of in so many verses. (John 14: 12-14; Mathew 14: 29-31) 'Oh thee of little faith.' The truth be told, it's NOT about Jesus as being the only way. Jesus is NOT the only way and humanity is seeing this. As an Ex-Christian who sought out truth in Christianity, didn't find truth in Christianity. I found a story that only talks about truth but does not see truth. Christians only quote the bible, that's it. Christians talk the talk but can't walk the walk. Christians are the ones who need to read the bible for what it is... Time to wake up and evolve Christians.

Hmm... Not at all like my NDE, except for feeling intense love for everyone. It's cool, because that feeling hasn't left. I hope that others who have had NDE's have that same experience of loving, and that it has stuck with them too. I was raised in an atheist home, and I myself am an atheist. I am probably one of the least materialistic people you will ever find. Money is not important. How I treat others is everything, and to a large degree it always has been. I won't pontificate on this to greater length because I'm sure what I've said already will not be received well. I'll just depart by saying that I don't know why our experiences were different, but I'm glad that Sean made it through, and that I hope that the next time he experiences it will be when he has reached an advanced age. I hope also that the host and all the viewers here also live long and have good lives which are lived in the love of their fellow humans, and all of the many things which are good in this world. There are a lot of such things, such as birds singing in the trees, and the beauty and fragrance of spring flowers, and any number of other things, all of which cost nothing. Love it and enjoy it, as we do not have much time to do so. Even an average human lifespan seems too short when you're nearing the end of it.

Yeah I know I have had several possible exits. The first one when I was born. I feel like I had one foot in living and one foot out. I lost a lot of oxygen and almost died. The second exit was when I was 25 and very deeply depressed. The biggest thing I have learned is the hell we create for ourselves through self hate is worse than any literal hell. I’m trying to learn detachment and to enjoy the ride.
