Something that I learned is genuinely understanding how long things can take! I’ve had movement the day after SATS and I’ve also had relatively “small” manifestations that took 1-2 months to come through. Manifesting smaller things has helped me have realistic expectations of timing!

I'm just dropping in to say that I am so happy for you and Joseph. I first came across Joseph's channel in perhaps 2019 or 2020 before I had a RU-vid Premium subscription. I enjoyed his videos but was in a phase where I wasn't spending much time on RU-vid. A few months ago in the midst of a big spiritual growth spurt, I found your channel while I was focusing on SPs. I found that I really benefit from how you explain concepts, and I am also a mental health professional who isn't the biggest fan of teachers who just regurgitate, so it was easy for me to subscribe and keep listening! (Also your voice is very pleasant!) In recent weeks, I have let go of SPs and am now focusing on the essence of what I want to experience after simply affirming for my highest timeline. This choice has brought me a lot of joy, peace, positive anticipation and healing. Hearing your story has been inspiring and helps me to attune to the essence of one's ideal match and how magical it can be to choose yourself first and then allow everything to unfold naturally. Again, very happy for you two and how you have found each other after much growth and integration, and I'm excited to see how you create together (and separately) over time!

Yesterday was Valentine's day in Brazil. Actually, it is Saint Anthony's day and he is the saint of relationships for the catholics. I felt sad thinking about my sp and one more valentine without him. I got stuck in the 3d, I know. Just took the time to be gentle with me and aknowledge this feeling. Athena I’m late to this video but I hope you can still get my comment. I really enjoyed your videos. I’ve been listening and trying to get to know your style all afternoon. I also have followed Joseph for many years and I’m grateful you two have gotten together or I would never have found you. You’re so positive and uplifting. May I ask you a question. I have trouble imagining or maybe just figuring out what type of imaginal act is most appropriate. I have two major desires. One is to be 100% healthy physically and mentally (I’m high anxiety stemming from a miserable marriage and even more miserable divorce). I’m 61 years old and I have moved on with my life and found an SP. My question I’m trying to manifest an end to my divorce agreement. My ex decided to stop paying my alimony and it’s not due to finances on his end. We have been back to court a few times and though the judge has told him he has to continue until the end date in 2026. He refuses to do it. So once again I will be forced to go back to court as I do need this money having been a stay at home mom most of my adult life. I really am so tired of this and want to get on with my life and settle this once and for all and be free of this man. How do I imagine an acceptable settlement an regaining my freedom to remarry or live as I wish without restrictions? And how do I know that I’ve done it correctly and can drop it and just wait? I thought maybe you might understand being a woman also and could perhaps give me a little advice?? I would really appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you 🙏🏼 if you do ever read this.

hello Athena! I just wanted to ask you for advice since i have been asleep for a few days now and I'm having a hard time again in my journey. I have manifested a lot of things, I would actually say that i have gotten almost everything i wanted but the thing is, when i fall asleep, the many things i obtained don't matter anymore and everything is kind of confusing and i feel like I cannot get in the state because i have all of these emotions all over the place and I feel needy for my desire and I'm doubting if i will get again into the state, which of course i will but at same time is hard for me to believe that i will get this manifestation during these periods. This is also a really familiar situation and i try to tell myself that after every fall there is a rise that big that its gonna make up for the pain caused by the fall. The thing is this time i feel again how i felt last year during this period which is when i really got into manifestation, and this is unexpected because like 2 weeks ago i was thriving but right now I'm lost again and I'm scared and i feel like i cannot get back to where i was. I don't know if it's the lack of movement because maybe im judging the 3D too often as not working, or if it's because i don't believe enough in myself and in my capacitiesa and in the fact that i create my reality. Maybe im afraid that if i give up the control i have on this one thing it won't happen. This period is not that easy for me but I often found comfort and answers in your content so I trust you and i want to share a little of my experience because i need help sometimes and you are a great coach.
