This young lady knew exactly what she was capable of! She got a gold medal on her olympic debut. Not only has she won, but she made history by setting an American record and ending the gold medal drought for the US in the women’s 800m. Since she’s only 19, she’ll only get better from here if she keeps it up and will continue to dominate this event.
Always loved the way you ran. Didn't know you were going to stay with the running game. Yet, impressive Athing, a thing of beauty. Just do it, Athing. :)
@@kimbermichelle3922 mane who cares ?? The whole 🌎 knows that the black woman is the mother of humans !!! Rebecca had Jacob ""black & Esau black "" " albino red vains all over !!! From esau then came the so called white man with no melanin !!!! Book of genesis KJB 1611 ... Read it !!!! Ok
“I know they’re not gonna be freaking friendly, I don’t care about them not being friendly because I’m not gonna be friendly either because I’m 19 but I don’t careeeeeeee” - Athing Mu
You are a Class Act ! Beautiful, speak eloquently, talented. Greetings from the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Wishing you all the best in Tokyo .🇹🇹
Can't help but say how BEAUTIFUL MU has grown. I remember watching her run as a 14 year old . Now she's all grown and mature wonderfully. All the best at the Olympic Games Athing Mu.💥💫
When she crossed the line at the Olympic final for the 800 and the time flashed I got chill screamed and jumped up and down for this young lady. What a champion and kudos to everyone around her guiding. She will go on to break the 800 record In a year or two if she keeps progressing like this
*2 time Olympic gold medalist, I remember seeing an article on her 5 years ago and I was like if she stays healthy and grind hard, she will go to the Olympics. Fast forward I seen her run for Texas A&M and I was like, she's not just going but she going to win at the Olympics. Now as I sit back and watch what has happen to her, I feel like a proud big bro!* lol
Yup..and classy..she was Aggie proud in those records .and humble and credit to God in Olympics...those that raised her...should have gold medals as well
Articulate! Intelligent! Beautiful! Talented! Confident! Love her attitude & demeanor. Congratulations on the 1st Olympics & hopefully many more to come. I look forward to watching her break many more records!! 'SHE'S A RUNNER, SHE'S A TRACK STAR'❤💪🏾👏🏽
I wish you success Athing Mu and I assure you that you are still young and already dominating the Athletic world. Work even harder and you will establish one of the unbreakable records which will remain in the history of athleticism. While this is the infancy of your dominance, you will need to come to South Sudan sometimes to come and help encourage young girls to follow in your career. This will encourage more girls like what Luol Deng is doing in the South Sudan Men National Basketball Team.
she is gorgeous pretty...Oh, and she can run........seriously to see these intense humans compete strive, thrive, win...and even fail is inspiring and worthy of our full attention...
Great interview. Looking forward to seeing this young lady's future in the world of sports. Athing Mu, you are source of inspiration for so many, so do keep up the great work you are doing. 🙏👏
I’m sooooo proud of this young lady! Classy and one heck of a runner! @ 19 I have a feeling we’re gonna see her do some great things. Crazy I went to high school with her trainer Saul. Glad to see him doing great things in life. One heck of an athlete back in his hay day! Keep pushing and you gained a fan 👏🏽👏🏽
Said it before when I first saw her in high-school competition. I LOVE THIS YOUNG WOMAN! Amazing young talent and I said then that she will go far. Now I see she's won Olympic Gold! Easy to see it coming because of her work ethic. Keep on doing what you're doing. Next ... world record times.
She's definitely a phenomenal athlete. She's so young and seeing the mini tantrums is a reminder that she's human. She was so composed at the Olympics. She made her win look easy. I pray that she can balance fame and others expectations, specifically her sponsors, and build an exemplary career over many years.
Let her strive , because she is always remembering her background at the back of mind everytime she's on the field.Black people know how to sacrifice honestly.
WHAT A GREAT PERSON! The pure essence of truth that running discipline can bring to life. "I held it truth with he who sings to one clear harp in diverse tones; That men may rise in stepping stones of their dead silver, to higher things." "Know you not that they who run in a race, run all but only one recievies the prize? I so run not as uncertainly, so fight I, not as one who beats the air but I keep under my body and bring it into subjection; lest by any means knowing what is preached to others, that I, myself may become a castaway." ATHING MU, you enlighten my life with your being. Let that light shine!
No Way.......This is your channel Mu? I Love You.. Felix, The fast Cat is my #1 But you are in another Time Zone that no one can Touch or Understand the Technical Aspect Of your Beautiful Stride. I think of you as a “Beautiful Giraffe galloping down the runway for Speed. All the top Scientists and amazing artists as well as Top Photographers are clamoring to Study your Stride and the amazing images that could be caught with their cameras as you Strut the Runway with your Smooth Glide Of Speed. Congrats, my girl...You did it..Now let’s make more memories by bringing in more Gold Medals..
Sudanese women tall in stature elegant slender and can run.. this is her background. I saw that flawless skin and tone and said I wonder if she is from Sudan. Both her parents are hard working immigrants. Us black foreign immigrants are hungry We are competitive parents are all about school high achievements. Just beautiful
Super proud of you. Being a Tornado Alum and Military Vet also makes me so Honored to know that the saying is true....Trenton Makes, The World Takes! Go get'em young lady. TRENTON REPRESENT!
Humble, strong, heroic, and Inspirational. You remind me so much of Jearl Clark. I can't wait to watch you race more and see what you do after racing. MU MU MU!!
Best wishes Athing. Love and prayers from the Caribbean. Been a fan since your Trenton days - great range 200m -1500m. God bless! Let your faith take you to your dreams!
Athieng Mou, you made us proud here in South Sudan. Though you are not representing us, you're still being traced back to us. I know they don't pronounce your name well but you are "a thing" too as they put it, because if you were not a thing, you would have not made anything. God bless you sister. We all love you here in South Sudan ❤️❤️
Amen God Bless You Athing Mu Go Run In Jesus Christ Name I Ran for the 800 meters in india for my college stood 4th my Beloved Father Coached Me I Used This To Learn For the U S Military Boot Camp I'm Proud of You And Your Family Wonderful Accomplishment I Pray That You Repeat The Same In Paris 2024 Olympics
Congratulations to my young alumni. I am so proud that you come from Texas A &M university. You have the strength to win. You leg is so elegant and beautiful
Such a talented young lady and such inspiration. You will certainly achieve great thing dear. Continue to be humble and put God first. I knew you were going to win the 800 at the Olympics and know that you would have taken the 400 as well because that's just the quality of athlete you are.
hope your political sentiments change... or do you like them only when they run jump hit for your school... most of your graduates that i have met are outright rightwing and by extension hate black people.... they will like to disappear us majority of the time until they need us to put their school's name in "lights". if this young lady had been taught the history and the underlying sentiments of Texas AM she'd have gone elsewhere... good she is leaving anyway
The Olympic Games are next and it's time to run faster and achieve more goals.........you heard it from Athing first.....humble before God....totally in the zone.Well done...as close to perfection ..and still perfecting... That is inspiring
I pray she stays healthy cause she has the potential to become an American icon in track and field. We will need her to compete against other phenoms like Christine Mboma in the 400m and Keely Hodgkinson in the 800m. These three ladies are all within a year of each other and are all incredible. Normally, Mu would just be dominating in the 800 m, but Keely is another phenom. And Mu will be a leading 400 m sprinter and should become dominant in that, but she has Christine Mboma, another phenom. So, with these three ladies, we are lucky to see this. These three ladies will blow up the sport of track and field. Of course, I'm rooting for Mu.
Congratulations Athing on your Olympic Gold Medal... beautiful effortless runner. Gorgeous stride. Very happy such a natural talent. Lots of love from England 🇬🇧.. Looking forward to seeing more of you on the world stage.
