ATI Super Damper Install... Having fun with this Performance 454 BBC engine build... Now that we have the new oil pan installed, and before we install the AFR cylinder heads lets install this Nice ATI Super Damper and with a piston stop get a very accurate TDC mark for this 454 engine... Watch and enjoy as we go throw the steps of this install....😀

I always wanted to build a bbc with my dad . He left us last year, so when I’m searching for knowledge i really appreciate clips like the ones you put out it reminds me of how my dad would of built it when we would have conversations about bbc’s built right thank you so much for the hard work you do !

Sorry to hear that guys. Can't imagine what that'll be like, I'm glad I moved back to try and hopefully get to spend some quality time doing projects with my pops. Gotta 496 to help him with. Wish he reached out when he bought the parts. Probably will make in the neighborhood of 600hp and 650 lb-ft but that'll still be plenty of fun. Gotta finish building the truck for it first.

Hi Philip.... Good to hear from you again. The bad news is, someone asked me how much I would take for the Corvette, and when I told him, he said ok and took her home with him... 😑 Kind of didn't see that one coming... So on the hunt for a new home for the 454 BBC....

Super GREAT VIDEO!! ATI is all I ever use, For those that dont know. ATI really only benefit High RPM engines. "BUT" works very well for everything else. As we all know stock dampers are junk.

Yup. One of the most stupid things I've come across is a class that mandates a damper that keeps breaking 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ ATI is where it's at
