Remember when they said Joy was meant to be a hard rewarding hero to main just years later ending up listening to kids and complety but stripping her entire concept and identity. She's not JOY anymore but just another tap tap souless hero

Joy's Ultimate adjustment looks interesting: From 8 hits reduced to 6, which may look worse in paper, but it gets a little bit more complex in reality; with Joy's removed CC Immunity, she can't stay near enemies for too long or else she'll just get CC'ed or(and) get bursted down. Which results in her not accomplishing all 8 beats. We'll go over the first statement later, but let's focus on the damage this time: Builds are non-stationary and obviously change according to other user's preferences, but let's assume a given build for the sake of calculation: • Mage Emblem = 30 Magic Power • Genius Wand = 75 Magic Power • Wishing Lantern = 70 Magic Power • Blood Wings = 90 Magic Power • Holy Crystal = 185 Magic Power; (+35% extra total magic power in late game) • Divine Glaive = 65 Magic Power Total Magic Power = 695 (515 + 35% from Holy Crystal) Note: This is without any %Damage Boost, pure scaling only. Old Joy's Ultimate Scaling(Max level) = 200 Base damage + 40% Total Magic Power | 200 (Base) + 278 (40% of 695 T. Magic Power) = 478 = 478 x 8 = 3824 Total Magic Damage (Without accounting the enemies' magic defense) New Joy's Ultimate Scaling(Max level) = 250 Base damage + 50% Total Magic Power | 250(Base) + 348 (50% of 695 T. Magic Power) = 598 = 598 x 6 = 3588 Total Magic Damage (Without accounting the enemies' magic defense) To go back to the first statement. Old Joy's Ultimate deals higher damage; If and only if all 8 beats hit. If it hits any less like only 7 beats, it totals to 3346 (478 x 7) Total Magic Damage, which is less than the new scaling. In a mid-high rank game, no enemy in their right mind will allow joy to hit all 7 and let alone 8 total beats. If we go to a much safer route like only 4-5 beats: Old Joy: = 478 x 4 = 1912 Total Magic Damage = 478 x 5 = 2390 Total Magic Damage New Joy: = 598 x 4 = 2392 Total Magic Damage = 598 x 5 = 2990 Total Magic Damage We can see here that the New Joy deals a noticeable higher damage with less beats. Again, this is without %Damage Boost, only pure magic power scaling. What are your thoughts about this?

Okay,so as a JOY main i would like to comment: They did this to fit her role as assassin, because i agree her overall combo is so slow to be assassin, but nobody actually dashes on enemy, they just use dash on minion or creep to activate ult But still they buffed her overall combo speed, but they forgot her skill2 no longer have cc immunity. So lets just jump into her ult changes, damage buff is not that much but they reduced her beats to 6. But assassin don't only mean bursting enemy but u also need to escape like helcurt, ling, Hayabusa.. So previous ult had 8 beats meaning u can dash on creeps to activate ult and burst enemy with 4-6 beats from ult and escape with remaining beats Cuz don't forget ult have defence, slow immunity and spell vamp Also im curious that while using skill2 we can use basic atack after each dash or not cuz they decreased its interval and also the first skill to dash as the interval is way too low. So, just change her role to fighter/assassin. Or give her skill2 cc immunity back but remove her ult cc remove effect This way after joy finished using skill 2 enemies can cc chain her to prevent her to cast her ult to finish them off. Also DON'T freaking touch her music!!!!

I'd suggest the devs rework Joy's ult sound fx with Music Artists.

not only joy's ult has less total damage, but now winter crown can block 90% of it as well.

i also think that reducing interval time of skill 2, the distance that joy can come from here to there while dashing can be short.

if they wanna buff joy, give her immunity back, if putting it on her skill2 is op, atleast put it on her ult, give her sheild when she hit ANY enemy with skill2, and just add some damage, thats how u buff joy, not freaking cutting off her bgm and some bs adjustments

Dyrroth current high def break is already good right now though, it allows him to hurt people badly without minding too much about his passive, his spin isn't very used anyways and nerfing the 2nd def break would just make him overall weaker in 1v1s, he isn't even all that hard to kill, even with the passive, there is no denying that he is quite squishy for a fighter, but it is probably to make him more fighter like i guess, the buff on his spin will cause more problems in the earlier stages of game (he is already tweaking when spinning at minions), buffing that part will probably increase early game power but i doubt about the late game part, his def break benefits physical damage allies.

I really quite surprise that they still don't wanna change Zhask's Passive and remove/revamp his Skill 3. Maybe when the day Rafaela got a new passive, he will got a new one too.

So they basically turned Joy into a burst hero rather than leaning towards her chase aspect. If they want to buff her just give her a longer ult window and or just bring back one of her cc immunity skills.

The Zhask buff that gives 5% ASPD for 1 ATK is far too little and 300% ASPD gives him a total 30 ATK (only with Inspire) but probably going to benefit his ULT Spawn a bit since it'll give him extra 60 ATK (Only when Inspire is active) It's still a nice buff overall since that changes on Zhask completely remove him from benefiting Inspire

I think Moonton needs to create a system that is super punishing for players that are shitting around and playing without awareness making wins: -Add a privilege to Starlight membership to have unlimited player avoid listing and permablock the player until of subscription (will subside at the next month or the end of membership) -Every week, players will receive feedback summary from reports and getting in avoid listing (getting into avoid list of players is equivalent to 4 reports and will be increased) -Add some report choices: like using cheats, inappropriate use of chat (includes turning mlbb into dating app shit like who gives a f*ck when it is designed as a competitive game), inappropriate skill level in the bracket (includes extreme unawareness to objectives which is extremely common on Epic in start season), force playing games while having an unstable network (many players try-hard playing with an unstable network instead of leaving it with the AI that has objective awareness at least) Note: Most players in the game especially in start season Epic have many players with total unawareness in the game (midlaners playing brawl, waiting to ambush for more than 30 seconds in a super safe zone when all enemies are present, force playing while being lag rather than leaving it to the AI even if they notified for unstable network) -Adjust threshold for Ranked Game to 80 but having below 90 disables star raising and protection -Getting at least 20 report values equivalent in a week will disable Ranked games for 24 hours and will disable star protection and raising for 5 days -Trashtalking, toxicity and verbal abuse must have less value impact reports must have 50% punishment (competitive nature is innate no matter what you do) but if the player is toxic and underperforming with report of having a bad play will double value (trashtalk toxicity must be allowed to as some players get toxic with a valid due to teammates playing so bad but controls such as inability)

Im not a joy main but she is OP like wanwan ult. Giving cc immunity to high mobility hero will jst break the power dynamic of game. Yes the game has cc immune heros but they are all standing still or jst instance like chou or benedeta martis. I think she should get belmond treatment while active ultimate and better def and hp growth per lvl instead of jst uping her output damage jst be nerf again in next patch. Ps her beats / music should also change with different skin.

Dude I've just finished Inside out 2 and that part where Joy realise that the older you get, the more you need less joy in life, this happened the same with Joy MLBB where she keeps getting these adjustments which feels like a nerf in the many years of her existence which is also dropping her pickrate a bit, but we still need her since we can't live without joy😢 Sorry for the spoilers guys.
