Mariotas tendencies are easy to see, hes gonna have trouble as the season continues, he reminds me of C.Kaepernick if his primary receiver isnt open hes looking to run, no progression through his reads always rolling out and throwing towards the sideline and when he tries to throw down field up the seam his passes float and he gets picked, like on the ramsey pick and the other pick that was called back because of PI, hes a one trick pony

Kneeling on 4th down would've immediately stopped the clock (change of possession) and given the ball to Atlanta where the kneeldown occurred. Taking the safety ran more time off the clock. allowed the Rams to do a safer free kick (after they had a punt blocked earlier in the game), and gave Atlanta worse field position for their last-chance desperation play.

This is his farewell. Desmond Ridder will probably take over later this season with the clutch mistakes mariota has been making. But if he doesn’t, then he’ll forsure be replaced next year by Bryce young, or cj stroud. Cuz we’re going to have one of the worst records in the nfl. Coming from a falcons fan.

since there was still 13 secs on the clock, the rams had to go back to the endzone and take a saftey to waste 6 secs, then punt the ball back which wastes another 2 secs, which leaves the falcons with 4 secs, or the other decision could of been a punt straight to the falcons which gives them more time
