I really want to have this operation because i’m a g cup and i have quite a small frame and it gives me shoulder/ back issues but I’m just so scared my chest will look ugly with all the scars after.

It will look ugly my female friend had a O cup and she got the reduction and she hates it she is extremely depressed because of all the scars honestly when she showed them to me I thought it was something out of a horror movie but I didn’t say that to her but they look bad don’t get the reduction.

@@user-ph1dm4hg5v Start with low-intensity workouts first like Walking Stair climbing Stationary bike Light jogging. Then shift to high-intensity workouts like Running Rope skipping

I’ve seen women with small frames that were all breast in dyer need of breast reduction.. some women just need to lose weight. Once they lose weight they’ll lose some of that breast fat.
