Prices are coming down in the City of Atlanta. Can’t speak for the other cities. A lot of the homes are extremely overpriced because sellers still think this is the COVID economy. Agents seem to still think clients don’t have to ensure a home shows like the listing price. Over the last week we have seen homes in terrible condition, or incredibly dated, being advertise for 500k-700k. We aren’t under any type of time constraints and we wont pay for a home that doesn’t match the price advertised. Todays buyer is following suit. Prices will have to come down.
